Good location - city centre, close to parking and restaurant. Comfortable bed. The room is clean, warm, dry and quiet

A thin trickle of water from the tap in the sink. Tea set consisted only of a kettle and a tray - no cups or tea/coffee. There was a black streak under the toilet cistern. At breakfast there were tablecloths of varying degrees of linen on every table

Room was spacious and nice. All the receptionists we spoke with were really very kind and helpful, great staff! Location - right by the main square! Great We appreciate the welcome drink, but as we didn't feel like alcohol, we asked in the bar if we can get an espresso instead and were told it was only for a rum drink :D ;) ... oh well.

The breakfast was a bit limited, or to say, not at the level of rest of the hotel... the lady serving the breakfast was not too nice to start the day with, I think at the 4* hotel level, the staff should be more professional and serving. But well, there are lots of good and affordable coffee places around so this was not a big inconvenience and if we ever do back to Presov, we pick Carpe Diem to return to!

I liked the approach of the employees and comfort. I do recommend for everybody without mobility constrains who can get through a couple of stairs.

They could improve accessibility of their place. Especially, entrance from the main street could be made accessible for wheelchair quite easily. However, even after reaching elevator by stairs and reaching the floor, there is need to take a lot of stairs to some rooms or one stair to better rooms, so not recommending for people on wheelchair or other mobility problems.

Nice, cozy, and central location with friendly staff and good breakfast. The building was quite elegant, the surrounding area very quiet, and there was a fancy rum and cigar bar on the ground floor.

There was a pungent smell in the room coming from the bathroom. The beds were a bit uncomfortable for taller people due to the footboard top rail. Also, the room could have been cosier with some carpets on the floor.

The restaurant at Carpe Diem is FABULOUS and the prices are so unreal- very affordable. We were entertained by a guitarist and had an excellent three course meal with a glass of wine for only about 20 euros.

Beautiful building from inside, very nice and comfy room. Clean, spacious bathroom and good water pressure in shower. Overall was very satisfied. Location super convenient, in the middle of center and short walking to main street with plenty of restaurants and bars. Parking next to the hotel free of charge was super helpful, staff was helpful and courteous. Very good espresso and cappuccino at breakfast !

Body towels were a bit small and not soft.

We had a spacious Junior Suite, nicely decorated classy "colonial" type furniture, excellent breakfast cooked to order. Location is perfect, walk through the restaurant and you are on the main square of the old city.

No receptionist between 10am & 2pm - phone a number on the desk. No checking in before 2pm at all. The safe could not take an a4 size item and was freely positioned on a wardrobe shelf... why break in if it can be taken away in a small bag. WiFi was extremely slow, just like a dial-in used to be and NO password for rooms... not secured. Reception had a separate sign-in with a password.

A charming boutique hotel located in a bystreet just 2 minutes walk from Saint Nicholas church in downtown Presov. The breakfast was great, the staff was outstanding. The recepcionist offered help to find a car rental (which was not as easy as one might think). 10/10.

Superb location, parking included, great ambiance of historic building, modern bathroom, very helpful staff.

Cuba Libre bar downstairs on Jarkova is a ‘noise risk’ when you stay during holidays…

The room was really nice and clean, with all needed facilities.There were even a balcony with a view to the yard with trees and flowers. The staff was helpful and breakfast was good.

Parking is ok but not exactly next to the hotel. With a car it's not a problem but with a motorcycle it would be better to park it closer. This however is not big issue.
