Everything was ok , reception girls very polite and helpful . Apart from woman who served breakfast , she was not polite , I noticed that she raised her voice at someone who accidentally spilled water in the coffee machine . Not nice from her . All the time when people ask her something she was nervous . Nice hotel and clean. Recommended !

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The accommodation is located in the centre of the city, a short walk from everywhere. The service staff were helpful and I was particularly pleased that they spoke English.

I had no negative experience with the accommodation.

Lady receptionist was very nice :) also breakfast was good. Very good location, free parking spot.

3rd floor without elevator was a struggle with luggage, roof level room was quite hot during the day.

Everything: Location Breakfast Stuff And the girl at reception, she call to me after booking and ask about the time arrival even right before our arrival. She speaks Ukrainian as native speaker. Amazing. There is paid parking like 3 min from them, which cost 1 euro for 3 hours at night.

Perfect location in the city centre. Very quiet.

Just a few less important details... The night lamps have a short cable to be plugged in. Difficult access to open the window. Only single hanger in the bathroom for the towels. Too long shower curtain.

Very large and stylish rooms. Amazing bright room and great location.

Spartan room, but clean, comfortable enough, and a good value. Staff are very friendly and responsive.

I wish there was body wash in the shower.
