The rooms are very big and convenient. The bathroom is clean and comfortable. Although there is no receptionist, the staff is very responsive and helpful through the booking messages or telephone call. Quiet building and comfortable beds. The location is excellent. Right in the city centre with amenities very close. Parking available at very low price.

The rooms may get very hot but there is no thermostat in the room to control it. When opening the window it may balance the temperature a bit. The breakfast could have been better. Coffee or tea in the room would be nice. Having a reception open for a few hours per day could be useful.

It is not possible to regulate the temperature in the room The rooms are spacious but empty Some of the balconies are shared for two rooms The overall feeling was that the hotel is saving money where it can, eg on breakfast the receptionist was cleaning the tables and washing dishes and the lady who was cleaning rooms was preparing the breakfast and it showed that no one is really responsible for the restaurant (there was expired milk and molded cheese) The reality does not meet the rating of the hotel 4* and the price

The location of the hotel is excellent, only 2 minutes walk from the beginning of the city centre with pubs, ice cream shops and restaurants. It has secure parking, the room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious and functional. The breakfast was deli and cheese selection, fruits and veggies, tea, coffee, and various egg dishes.

The only small remark is that the double bed in our room had two mattresses and was very very soft on the firmness scale. The softness is a personal preference, so not really an issue, but having two mattresses on a double bed was somewhat inconvenient.

Beds were fine. It was warm room but I would prefer thermostat in the room. Great breakfast.

Shower should be cleaner and in better condition but it was okay but for 4 star hotel I expect more. I would like automatic parking gate or ring there. Now you have to notify staff at reception that you want to open a gate.

The room was big, clean, and fully equipped with a fridge and all you could expect from a 4 star hotel. Location is excellent, right next to the city centre. Breakfast was very tasty and with a lot of variety both sweet and salty. Receptionists were helpful.

Nothing really. The lock of our room door did not work properly and we had to ask for help to open the door. I am sure that they will fix this issue as they seemed that they already knew of the issue.

Good location, a walking distance to the town center. I had free parking and an enormous room with terrace. The breakfast was very good.

The front door of the apartment was sagging and difficult to close. The towel rack was broken and hanging, making it unusable.

The Hotel is in perfect place in the middle of the city. They reception is for 24 hours and well designed. They have parking place too and the staff open the gate anytime as you wish. There are pictures of beautiful horses everywhere, on the wall, inside the room… nice. Price was in average. Staffs were helpful, they speak english. The room is enough big with a large opening window, we opened it because of the warm weather. The bed is too soft for us, but of course it depends on your choice which one you prefer. It was enough big. There were enough sockets to charge phones or laptops. The bathroom was big and clean. At breakfast didn’t have too much choice, but our favourite breakfast type (french toast) was available, so we totaly satisfied :)

The room needs a little maintenance, for example the door handle creaked and first it was difficult to get in, we had to press the handle very hard down. Don’t have space to put down our own shower gel while showering. The towel is too rough, it didn’t feel good to use Don’t have air conditioning (but we knew that in advance)

The staff was really good, when I got there the receptionist was gone (sounded like he was at another of their hotels to fix something), but one employee who was eating in the restaurant with his friends helped me check in, even if it was his day off. That's a great employee! The room was big! Very big. Otherwise no problems at all, everything was great. They could also pack the breakfast in an bag when I left before breakfast hours.

The shoehorn was in an wardrobe in the other end of the entrance?! Otherwise, no problems 😄

Location and accommodation

Breakfast could be more varied especially the hot food. it would be nice if the cafe/restaurant on the ground floor was opened and served drinks and food as it looks really nice there

Hard towels in bathroom...couldn't dry yourself...no kettle or coffee making facilities....no air conditioning....only 3 coat hangers provided..breakfast not replenished.....not a 4 star hotel...that said was good value for the money we paid
