The bathroom is fantastic and the bed extremely comfortable.

There was an extremely strong perfumed smell in the room that was so intense it gave me a headache and I had to sleep with the balcony door open.

The hotel gives an aroma of luxury. The staff are all professional,very helpful and most pleasant. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant food was excellent and environment and was relaxed and very comfortable

The breakfast was a little overpriced. However the option is there . Breakfast is not really an option for the hotel because they're are only 17 bedrooms. There are breakfast options down in the center of Presov

The hotel was luxurious. Beds must have been made in heaven. Full hour body massage is a MUST. (You need to book this one).

There is nothing to do nor be where to go if the weather is poor. Check if the pools are going to be open????? We were lucky that we hit 2 really good days and the pools were open. They then closed all the pools the day we were leaving (end of June), as the weather was to get cooler. So fortunate to have had the 2 good days that we had, with the pools open. Not sure what we would have done if they had been closed. I didn’t realise it was more a business hotel and only had a 2 month ‘window’ for the summer, ie the pools etc. Strange.

My favourite place to go to every time I’m in Slovakia in summer time. Beautiful interior of boutique hotel and outside pools surrounding. Truly feels like on holiday. Beds are amazing, the best I’ve slept on and customers service is very helpful. Definitely worth the money and I’m sure I’ll be back again. Recommend to visit 100%

Wonderful room, nice smell, attentive staff (prepared mini bathrobe, slippers, toiletries for our son😊) comfortable bed and perfect pillows!!! Very well equipped! Nice breakfast to go!

Food quality and wine selection by the glass in the restaurant for dinner was not a match with this nice hotel.

Everything was ok.the rooms are big,the beds are comfortable.restaurant very good menu.(food and wine).the spa is nice. The tennis court is good too!the staff very kind!

sometimes there were noises from the room above. not very disturbing. probably other tourists who were either treading harder or had children who were stomping. on the first night, a man who stayed in the room above, I suppose, didn't realize it was 3 in the morning and screamed as loud as he could on the phone. He probably disturbed other tourists too. It was only 15 minutes.

The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Very well equipped. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff helpful and friendly.

We were there out of season which was very good as we had the pool to ourselves. I suspect in season it would be very very busy.

Excellent in all aspects. The friendliness of all the staff exceeds on all levels. Both at reception (thank you Milika and the rest of the staff for the help provided), Spa and restaurant. Outstanding spa. Food quality also extraordinary, both at dinner and breakfast. The variety at breakfast is limited, but it makes up for the quality of the food.

The Hotel is super. Luxurious. But you expect from breakfest in Hotel such this. Not so much to choose. Also if there are more people accomodated, is not enough place to park. But the hotel is really nice and luxurious.
