Safe Staff were friendly and let me keep my bags there since I was going to an event that afternoon until late in the evening.

I’m still partial to rooms who just think ahead to the needs of travelers. I’m ok with not keeping amenities in the rooms to lower waste, but it would be nice to have tea where the hot kettle is or to have charging cables in the room without having to ask. (I know these are company policies, not individual property policies.)

The staff was wonderful. As an English speaker, there was some difficulty in communicating at times. But Google translate helped and the staff certainly tried to accommodate my needs. I think I understood they were trying to tell me that the WiFi password could be found on the TV, but they went above and beyond by sending someone with me upstairs to show me in person.

My room was on the small side, but I knew that when I booked it. It sufficed for my single night stay. Just wished the beds were a bit softer.

The breakfast was great. The location is amazing for a 1 night stay. However, if you are staying many nights and use the train to move around, it becomes more challenging.

It was clean, and it was convenient for everything I did.

The quality of their breakfast was was not very good.

Space for Breakfast is not enough for number of guests , short of foods and staff can not fill up in time.

Short walk to Kasukabe station, the local mall and conbini. Had all the basic facilities one could need.
