Property was clean. Staff were amazing. Towels were in abundance. It is a small room but really cozy . Only complaint is the hard bed and pillows. But I understand that is standard for Japan so nothing against hotel at all. Location in Shiki was perfect for us and a quick walk to train station but also to department store in case one needs anything.

Breakfast in buffet style, there were variety of choice, not only Japanese style food like Natto, Udon, Curry, Miso soup, there were also western style soup, eggs, bacon, sausage... there was takeaway box in case you're in a hurry. The hotel is neat and 5 mins walk to Shiki eki, there is shopping mall, 100yen shop, supermarket nearby

Though there is discount offer for nearby parking lot, should have been mentioned parking space need to book.

Breackfast was very good with at least 15 types of food. Very quiet room. Very clean. Neigborhood was safe and wonderful people with a good department store right next to the hotel.

I did not like that I had to leave, actually it was really perfect for my taste and my children taste.

Breakfast is so good, the service is excellent, they will help you anytime you need something. Overall I had a very good experience in here, not a single bad thing at all. I like the cleaning service too

Nothing

The hotel is 2 minutes from a metro station and there is a lot of shops and restaurants around. The room is very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is an express bus to the Haneda airport leaving from the station nearby.

Amazing location that was very easy to find from my bus drop off from Haneda airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating and did a great job dealing with me and my horrible Japanese.

I really wish I could've checked in earlier at an additional cost. I know that policies are rather stringent with regards to cleanliness but I just had a 24 hour airport flight and I desperately wanted to get changed and have a shower before meeting my friends 🥲🥲🥲

Location is very convenient. Station, supermarket and department stores are nearby. Breakfast had a great value to our stay.

We liked the cleanliness of this hotel. The front desk staff are all helpful and the breakfast staff are very cheerful and hardworking. The breakfast had more than enough varieties and changed up a little for the next day.

As with all other Toyoko Inns, the soundproof is almost nonexistent especially to halls. I'm sure our baby crying in the middle of the night woke up some neighboring guests... Also an exhaust fan/vent in bathrooms are so weak or not working.

Proximity to railway. Nice quiet suburban location.

Couldn’t cancel the cleaning we didn’t really need as we were vacating the next day. But we did negotiate a reduction in the cleaning time.

Location and availability were the two main points as it was a last-minute booking I needed to make. Amenities were up to standards for business hotels and places to eat and shop around the hotel was sufficient.
