Not a new hotel, but a smart and well kept one, with comfortable rooms, a big spacious lobby and all the facilities/amenities you'd hope for in quite a high end hotel. Nice having the demisting on the mirror in the bathroom. I was told it was the smartest/most comfortable hotel in the area my locally based client.

Would prefer a shower with more power and the ability to change height/direction.

Very nice property. Walking distance from the station unless you've got lots of luggage. Willing to hold our luggage before checkin time. Pretty standard in Japan, but much appreciated.

Rooms were hot and stuffy. One smelled of cigarette smoke. The air conditioning didn't blow cold air and windows are not openable. Might have been one of those situations where they hadn't switched from winter to summer operation.

It's in a quiet and convenient location. There are supermarkets, Isetan and convenience stores nearby, so you can go shopping anytime. There are also taxis available, so you can use them anytime. Haneda Airport shuttle bus stops here.

The hotel staff pays close attention to the guests. For example, when I walk in front of the front desk, I bow properly. The restaurants we eat at are all delicious. Recommended when meeting people. Shikisai is definitely recommended.

All the hotel staff were very polite and nice. During the day I checked-in, they were having some problem with the electricity so I need to wait for a while, but they were very sorry about it and gave me free upgrade even though I said it was fine. Thank you very much

Some part of the room interior feels a bit dated, but still acceptable for the hotel rate.

It was great value for money compared with options nearer to Tokyo center since we were booking very late. The location near the station makes it easy to go anywhere in reasonable time. Urawa station area itself has big shopping malls, restaurants and shops. The hotel was clean and nice and the room more spacious than I was expecting.

A good solid Japanese hotel, nice lobby and plenty of facilities. Convenience stores just outside too, and very close to the station. Nice and quiet feel to the hotel, bed and bathtub also very nice.

I think the jacuzzi next to the window as the main picture is slightly misleading compared to what one has in the room. There were a few things that made me wonder if the room required repair, such as the music knob in the bathroom doing nothing, not that I really cared! Only had one choice of pillow and the humidifier was too loud even at quiet mode so ended up not using it.

Everything! Bed was comfortable, hairdryer was great, the staff refilling the fridge with water bottles was a huge plus and the view was great also! The lighting system was very good too, as it could be operated from the comfort of my bed. Shower was also in perfect condition! The staff were very nice to me too and would definitely have contacted me (probably via Booking.com as I forgot to give them my Japanese number once I got the SIM working) had I left my angels, my St. Joseph and San Cristobal cards underneath my pillow on the day I left! Buffet restaurant was absolutely perfect too. Great variety of food to choose from. Definitely recommended to anyone who is looking to stay in Saitama for a while.

Property appear to be splendid, clean and staffs are helpful. Good room temperature control! The view from the window is great! It is not so far from the Urawa station. Seems to have some interesting restaurants, unfortunately I was NOT able try them.
