We used toyoko inn as our base accommodation for 3-week Sakura trip , we checked in and out and totally got so far 7 nights there, it meets our expectation and very worth the price during peak season as they don’t rise price dramatically. Breakfast is good and good coffee. Laundry is considered well maintained and clean. Queen room is spacious comparing to other Tokyo rooms. The design is also very convenient to stay and you can put the suitcase under the bed which creates space for living . Higher floor view is also good .

Staff shall improve English speaking.

Very professional and respectful staff, great storage for luggage, great lobby area with microwaves, power outlets,wifi, beverages, exceptional restrooms and seating. Rooms are spacious, clean and fully furnished and private bathrooms have great furnishings as well with strong water pressure and easy temperature controls. It was great!

I wish check in was earlier and check out later, however you are able to stay in the lobby relatively comfortably until check in and after check out. I would have also liked softer pillows, but that can be remedied by bringing your own pillow if you prefer them to be softer.

Breakfast and queen room is considered big compared to other Tokyo rooms . The room is convenient to stay. Location is a little bit out of city but still manageable. Worth the value as other Tokyo hotels all rise the price in sakura season.

The staff really cannot speak even basic English, but they tried to use Google translate to communicate which is helpful.

Staff are friendly and know how to guide people that don't speak Japanese. Breakfast is slightly different per day. Fresh towels are provided everyday. :)

Everything, cleanliness, welcoming staff and chefs , good food 👌🏼🤗🤗 would definitely come back

Non to be honest

Spotlessly clean, crisp business Hotel in perfect location right outside Kita Toda station. Well equipped rooms with all the necessary amenities available. Friendly, helpful staff.

you have to choose in advance non smoking room, they solved it but it's a big recommendation

Was excellent!! Much better than I expected. Even Free Breakfast offered to everyone staying there was so delicious (to even foreigners) and amazing! (So many side dishes and drinks you can select) I didn’t miss a single chance while staying there. If you are considering about price a lot but hope to stay at a good one, I highly recommend this place!

The room is clean and very close to the station, with excellent staff and breakfast included. It’s superbly certified

We didn’t mind checking in at 4 pm. It would be great if the check-out time could be 11 am instead of 10 am.

Very comfortable with ample space in the room! The TV even monitors the laundry machine timings to let you know when it's done. Very clean and thorough
