I like how this was right near the train station, plus other stores and restaurants. It was by a coin locker which I used after checking out to store 1 of my 2 backpacks so I could explore a mall nearby and get some coffee. My room was also great because I’m a hiker/backpacker, so it was great for me to set my stuff down without having to worry if it’ll be in someone’s way like if I was staying in a bunk bed at a hostel.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property, especially since I booked it at the last second. It’s not anywhere near the touristy part of Tokyo, so if you’re coming to this hotel it’s most likely because you’ve come here to see someone or are heading elsewhere from Tokyo. But it you’re coming for Tokyo tourism then you should consider getting a place closer to the city.

It has everything you need. Clean, with private bath, TV in the room and Wifi. The staff were very accommodating, as I arrived sometime after 10:30 pm, and they set up arrangements so that I could get in my room and get to sleep pretty much immediately. My room also had a projection TV, that allowed me to watch shows on the wall, along with some educational materials.

The hotel is VERY close to the train tracks, so that you hear the trains constantly, from very late at night some time after 1:00 am, though they stop for a while, and then starting again in the early morning, like 5:30 am

Not sure why this place has such a low rating! We found it to be exceptional for the price. We initially booked for 5 nights and extended our stay by an extra 3 nights. It’s clean, spacious, has a shower with hot water and projector. The beds were comfortable and aircon worked well. Yes, it’s next to a train track but the metro didn’t bother us at all and our room was facing out onto the tracks. Took 30 mins to get to Shibuya/Shinjuku by metro and 40 mins to get to the main Tokyo station. It’s very close to the metro which was great for getting around Tokyo. Plenty of food options around the area like ramen, KFC, McDonald’s etc if you want them. Amazing Fresh pastries from Saint Germaine bakery in the metro station - we went here 3 times to get them and bring them back for breakfast! Honestly we thought it was great value for what you get and the ease of accessing the city.

Netflix didn’t work on the projector but we never bothered asking the staff to fix it for us as it didn’t bother us - we weren’t in Tokyo to watch tv!

For the money, it was a really good experience. The front staff was really kind and helping. The room had everything I needed: wifi, towels, shampoo, hairdryer, and hot water. The room was well organized. It is reasonable close location to everything. Would go again!

Just a recommendation to take headphones or earplugs for sleeping.

It is near the station 🚉, good location. The Hotel itself is very clean. And the hotel staff are incredible people, warm and very friendly . The lady staff she deserve all the roses 🌹🌹🌹 Thank you for your kindness 🥰

We loved everything about our stay from the room with a projector and comfortable sized bed to the very friendly customer service.

Friendly staff, nice entrance/decor with the tatami section ane lockers for shoes. I was in a small room with bathroom unit, everything is functional.

Bed is the hard type, maybe not for everyone's preference. The bathroom unit is also tight so tall people may find it difficult to use.

Not a problem for me, but I want to confirm that the mattresses are very firm and yes, the place is next to train tracks.
