The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the station. There are plenty of food spots nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven and Lawson just around the corner. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a luggage delivery service where you can easily send your bags to your next destination. The room was small but very comfortable, and everything was super clean. Housekeeping is done every four days, which was fine for us. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus from the airport every 30 minutes, but we decided to walk — it was really close anyway. We had breakfast at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of delicious food. Overall, the value for money was incredible — we absolutely recommend it!

Breakfast could be better I understand that the hotel mainly offers local food, which is totally fine, but there were barely any options for international guests. Since hotels are meant to host people from all over the world, I believe it's a mistake not to include a few more universal choices. A bit more variety would make the breakfast experience much better.

The location is very close to Kawaguchi Station, making it easy to find food and shop around the hotel. The room is very clean, and although it is only cleaned every four days, this is not an issue. The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast offers a good variety of menu options and tastes delicious.

The hotel never responds to inquiries sent through the messaging feature on Booking.com, even though this service is very helpful for guests to obtain the necessary information.

We spent a couple of days at the hotel for our trip in Tokyo. It was conveniently close to Kawaguchi station and a convenience store. Checking in and out was fast and easy. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. One thing that could be improved is a little bit more space for the breakfast buffet. When it was crowded, getting breakfast felt a bit cramped. This is a minor complaint, however. I would definitely stay here again!

Close to station, has lawson and 7/11 next to, super clean, basic but good quality facilities (love hard mattresses and comfy beds), amazing breakfast especially for what you pay. Pricewise - absolute value for money. Loved as well that they take environment seriously and all those over the top toothbrushes, hairbrushes etc, you get showered by in Japan in other hotels, here are optional. They as well advice settings for air-conditioning to assure you are comfy buy as well use of energy is not killing environment. Guys, extra star for that!

The hotel is a 5 min walk from Kawaguchi station. There's a nearby Lawson konbini too. Breakfast is being served from 630 to 9am and free flowing coffee is available until 10am. There's a lot of food to choose from during breakfast. Services such as the coin laundry and printing are available too. I liked the TV in the room because it's used as a communication to the customers such as asking if you will eat breakfast and for how many - to avoid food waste. They keycard is also a security key - non-guests cannot enter without it.

I guess check out time was too early? It's at 10am and if you'd like to check out late, you'll have to pay 1000 JPY for every hour but only until 1pm. They served a lot of choices for breakfast but it would have been better if there was enough space upon walking out the elevator because the dining tables are there and people were everywhere. It was disorganized/chaotic. Maybe it's best to eat breakfast early or later. Kawaguchi station doesn't have an elevator. Yet again, I say travel light.

Breakfast was delicious and offered until 9 o'clock. Beds were comfortable, and I can easily move the beds to make a king-size bed. The location was within walking distance of the train station. The luggage storage was available and helped us weigh our luggages at check-out.

Rooms are pretty much following Toyoko Inn standards. Clean, neat and well maintained. Location is close to JR Kawaguchi Station, only a 5-min walk from the west exit

The dining room during breakfast can be quite crowded from 8 - 9 a.m, perhaps hotel should think of alternative dining space when it is too crowded.

Comfortable and functional hotel for a short-term business stay. Plenty of options at breakfast (Japanese and international). The building was recently remodeled, so it's very clean and modern. I had forgotten a belt after I checked out of my room, and the staff were able to ship it to my office in Tokyo (cash-on-delivery). Overall positive experience!

Nothing in particular. Rooms are small but standard for Japanese business hotels. Non-Japanese guests might be surprised by spaghetti and meatballs for breakfast, but otherwise nothing negative.

The staff were very helpful, even when it was too late @ 2am , they tried there best to accommodate me. even when there was a language barrier , they did their best to explain using translate app. kodus to the guys and gal for doing their best.

Not that far from the metro stop (turn left as you exit the gates) with lots of restaurants near by. Also has free breakfast and can rent bikes via an app at the front door. Nice quiet area to relax after spending time in busy city centre
