I give the staff a five-star rating because they understand the feelings of travelers and provide valuable guidance, such as the location of laundry facilities. Additionally, they offer early check-in at no charge if the room is ready and provide complimentary luggage storage during the check-in and check-out dates.

The price is slightly high, but the proximity to many recommended locations makes it acceptable for me.

I was a bit hesitant to book since there aren’t any pictures/videos online. We booked the double room (15sqm) and the space exceeded my expectations for a room in Tokyo. The bed was big enough for 2 persons of midsize, and the size of the bathroom suited us. We were able to fit our 2 hand carry luggages, 1 medium luggage, 1 large luggage (not opened at the same time). The receptionists we met throughout our 1 week stay were friendly and helpful. especially the man who checked us in. We requested for a clothes iron and robe/sleepwear and he accommodated our needs. When it rained, another receptionist told us we can use the umbrella for free. Another receptionist also helped us look for a taxi/cab. The location was outstanding as it is near to Asakusa station (accessible from Narita Airport and is part of the Ginza line). The hotel was conveniently near to various tourist activities (rickshaw tour & kimono rental), tourist spots (Sensoji Temple and the shopping street), restaurants, konbinis, pharmacies, Don Quijote, and Kappabashi. In the morning, we went for a walk at Sumida River to enjoy the breeze and sunshine. At night, we were able to enjoy the peace & quiet (since majority of the shops close early) in Asakusa.

It was a Wonderfull week in this hotel, the staff was nice and ready to help. It is humid in Japan therefore it was a struggle to dry my hair, so keep that in mind if u don't grab your own dryer (keep in mind in Japan is 100W)).(P.S. there was a dryer in our room)The windows don't open if your room is on the street side, but the air conditioner has an option for air changing, so that was a relief. Everything was clean. The area is quiet, near to the Senso-ji so if you're a morning person you can go there and see it without crowd.

The room was nice and clean. It was very convinient for my purpose of stay. The location was next to the Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center (Taito ) in Asakusa. (One of the designated location) Where the National Examination for Nursing and Welfare Practitioners will be held. 介護福祉士国家資格2025 🈴

Breakfast is not available. But there’s a lot of convinience store and establishments near the location. The lights in the bedroom were still dim even if you adjust it so I use the brightness of the bathroom 😂 in reading my books.

The location was perfect if you wanted to visit Sensoji Temple and Skytree Tower.

I would recommend booking a room the night before your arrival if you're on the late night flight unless you want to find a place to hang around in until the morning. They will allow you to leave your luggage until your check-in time, which is 4pm. We were unlucky as there was no vacancy to be able to check in early in the morning. Had we been advised of this the night before arrival, we could have made another arrangement.

Located in the heart of Asakusa, the Floral Hotel was easy to reach by both the Asakusa and Ginza subway lines. The twin room had space for two people to move about easily, even with luggage. The bathroom was wonderful, plenty of hot water, excellent pressure, fabulous toilet. The room had everything we needed; mini fridge, great lighting, hair dryer, desk area. The staff was wonderful.

The hotel is clean and in a wonderful location, very cozy little place close but not nestled within the bustling tourist crowds. Convenient walking distance to the subway—I loved checking out hanayashiki dori on the way to the station cause I’d always find something I hadn’t seen the day before. There were other reviews mentioning that the room was small—however, as a solo traveler I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room, which had enough space to open both of my luggages and move around (which is more than I could say about other hotels in Tokyo!) I can imagine it might be tighter for bigger parties, but i found it perfectly cozy and wonderfully sized for my purposes.

Refrigerator in my room didn’t work (didn’t keep things cold), but I was only storing drinks so not a huge deal.

Great location. Not far from the Ginza line train station and the temple was right round the corner. Tokyo Tower was also a short stroll away. The staff were warm and welcoming. I wanted an extra pillow and I requested quite late after we had gotten back from our evening meal and the lovely gentleman behind the desk brought one up to my room the same evening.

Location is good, close to the Asakusa station (main gate, but about 8 minutes from the Gibza Line) The staff is nice and easy to communicate, probably the best English I met in this Tokyo trip

only provided one card for a room, which means refrigerator will be turned off, so if you left some foods in the restaurant, it may go bad after you come back to the room after the whole day.
