1) Hotel facilities - A wide range of pillows for you to choose from. Amenities / Toiletries for you to use during your stay. 2) Coin laundry ($2 for wash & $1 for dryer) - What's not to love? 3) Breakfast - Although food selection is limited but it provides a healthy range of food, ranging from fresh salads to 鶏唐揚げ (sometimes). The omelette is 美味しいよ! 4) Drinks corner / Vending machine - Ranging from coffee to alcohol drinks available. 5) Room space is enough for 1 person comfortably. 6) No room card / keys - You are given a 6 digit passcode to enter your room. No need to worry about losing cards or keys. 7) Housekeeping does their job really well 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 8) Front desk / Reception staff always have a smile (in their eyes as they are wearing mask). Very friendly and always helping me and other visitors with our queries. 9) Safe environment (can be improved). Nearby the hotel, there is a Daily Yamazaki コンビニ, Yoshinoya diner, お酒店, an old shop selling handmade nuts せんべい. Plus a ラーメン店 named 一龍.
1) Distance to the train station (Ginza Line / Toei Asakusa Line) 2) Use of plastic gloves after alcohol hand rub during breakfast - Not environmentally friendly. Alcohol hand rub should suffice. 3) No surveillance camera on the floor that I am at (Level 10) - Only in the lift and level 2 (reception / common dining area).

Excellent location being near the Sensō-ji temple and in the center of Asakusa there are tons of shops, restaurants, convenience stores, attractions nearby such as Skytree, and a large Matsumoto Kiyoshi around the corner for everyday essentials all within walking distance. The train station is a bit of a distance away though still easy enough to walk to, but might not be ideal as a place if you are commuting out often with heavy luggage to the station. Breakfast is good has a nice variety of food and seems to be changed to something different pretty regularly every few minutes when they run out, so within a day you could try multiple different kinds of food. Pretty clean overall housekeeping does a great job. Wifi is good and fast, but would sometimes disconnect me randomly once a day not too big of a deal just reconnect. Laundry is easy to use. Quiet at night not much traffic or activity. Rarely heard noise from other room besides the hallway. Great water flow and hot water alway available. Reasonably priced for Tokyo with good value in location. Staff were good, they speak decent english and were able to help me with luggage forwarding.
Rooms are rather small couldn't open my large luggage besides on the bed though a bit expected for Tokyo. Bathrooms themselves are also a bit compact. Windows are tinted so no view. No 24/7 front desk so checking in is not possible after midnight which was almost a problem since my plane landed rather late close to time. I did contact the hotel and they were willing to extend it a bit incase I came by later after close, so good hospitality regardless. Breakfast while good didn't always have many meat options besides usually fish and fried chicken or sausages, but I was staying for awhile so naturally you eventually try everything.

Centrally located, close to train stations, bus stops and attractions. Great fresh cooked breakfast every day, you can taste the love in their food. Loved the free amenities (rubber bands, shower cap, green tea, razors). House keeping gave fresh towels every day and a bottle water that you could take on your daily adventure. Staff is always welcoming with warm smiles and greets you will English or Japanese. Great place to stay for salary men and single travelers. Washer and dryer available to wash your clothes so you don't have to pack so much. They even have cocktails available during the evening to help you unwind at the end of the day.
Everything exceeded my expectations, nothing that I would change about my stay

The location was great. Right next to Sensoji Temple so were able to visit at night or whenever we liked. The hotel is very clean and breakfast was sufficient and organised quite well. I liked the fact the everyone needs to clean up after themselves and staff follows up with a little clean up. The base menu is the same everyday like there's the fish, bread, soup, salad and eggs but the variety changes. Like different bread, rolled eggs on day 1 or scrambled eggs on day 2. You can also use the dining area to eat your take away dinner. The Asakusa Station for Ginza line is about 8 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants around. The room and bathrooms are tiny, as expected but we managed even with 2 big luggages. Great place and would recommend.

The hotel is absolutely immaculate. They provide fresh towels each day. The complimentary toiletries and cosmetics are a nice way to pamper yourself. The location is incredible, minutes away from Senso-Ji temple. 7-11 two minutes walking. Asakusa station entrances are also very close. The ladies at the front desk were extremely kind, and even spoke moderate English!
Nothing at all, everything was great. I knew ahead of time about the smaller room size so I feel it would be unfair to criticize them for that.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are many shops, restaurants and nice places around. There is 7/11 right in front of the hotel. The metro ginza line is nearby, which can take you to most of the famous spots + it's the first station so it's not crowded. Its also good if you want to visit Nikko, since the train goes from asakusa station. The breakfast is good and the rooms are ok, not that small. They have all the amenities such as toothbrushes, pijamas, all kind of beauty products and so on. Overall a very nice hotel for the price!
The breakfast could have few more options.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. I love staying in Asakusa when I visit Tokyo, and my family enjoyed the walk ability to sights, restaurants and multiple train stations. We loved the included breakfast and evening drink options. Also, the women’s only face masks, bath soaks and skin care were great quality and fun to try each evening! Make sure you don’t check in too late so you can pick what pillow you prefer! The only thing that was disappointing was the higher rate per night due to the holiday season, but that was a common experience throughout Tokyo and our travels during the New Years.

Location - Central in the Asakusa spots in my itinerary and walking distance to bus stop/subway and one train to/from Narita airport. The location is great with everything else close to it, from the temples/shrines (right at the back for 2 min less walk!) /cafe/restaurants/convenience stores/shops. I also have a good view of the Tokyo Skytree from a window in the hallway. Room - Enough size for large and small luggage, table and fridge is convenient to have if I have drinks or snacks. Toilet and bath is well maintained and I appreciate how deep the perfect to soak in after a long day. Cleaning services where great. Note that although the windows are frosted, you can still open it for about less than an inch to check temperature before going out. Breakfast - This is consistent everyday with well cooked rice, bread, fish, egg (soft boiled, scrambled/hard cooked) and assorted hamburg/vegetables, miso soup and salad. There are assorted juices/coffee/cold drinks/tea. I think the options are enough for me to start the day and convenient as part of the package because I don't have to worry or rush very early to find places to eat even if there are those close by. Luggage - The hotel received my luggage delivery (already paid) from another hotel with no issues. They also allowed storing my luggage from check-out time until I had to leave the airport in the evening. Extra - At the receptions, there are toiletries, pillows, pajamas to choose from. They have thought of almost everything a guest may need - from the usual shampoo/conditioner/facemask/bathsalts /washcloth/comb/skincare/toothbrush and complimentary water. I think it's a good idea for guest to pick what they need rather than having this all in the room where there are chances they won't be all used.
This is not for the hotel but for those considering their itinerary. Note that it took me 10+min walk to/from Ginza/Asakusa station (ones I used to go to other wards) which I considered a bit far of walk especially when my feet were extremely tired. If itinerary will involved walking to stations everyday just consider the distance.

The price was just right. The location was excellent, very close to the Asakusa subway station and just a few blocks away from the Senso-Ji, a major attraction in Tokyo. Also, a few meters away from a the Nakamise commercial street, so it was very easy to get food and shop. Breakfast was simple, but good enough. The hotel has inexpensive coin washing machines, which were very convenient. Definitely would stay here again.
I don't know if I grabbed orthopedic pillows (you have to pick them from the front desk and there weren't any options at the time I arrived), but they were extremely uncomfortable. As expected, the room was very small, but that's common across most budget-friendly hotels in Japan. Regardless, it is a good place to stay.

Breakfast was great! Really convenient to be able to start t the say early before heading out - especially as we were all jet-lagged! Kids loved it, even the more exotic options, and it was great for making sure we had some vegetables in our diet. The staff were very friendly to our kids - and cleaned up after them with a smile! Rooms were quite cosy, but we didn't spend much time in them. We managed to bathe our two kids in the bath, so it's possible!
I mean, the room is basically a bed, but you get what you pay for. We didn't really need anything else.
