The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to major tourist attractions and very close to a train station, which made getting around the city easy. The amenities were excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge, stove, kettle, rice cooker, and microwave, which was perfect for preparing simple meals. I also appreciated the small living area with a couch and TV—it made the space feel cozy and homely.

There were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues that could be improved. The washing machine had small amounts of visible mold inside, and unfortunately, clothes came out with a musty smell even after buying a different detergent to the one they provided. More clothes hangers and a larger drying space would have been appreciated—especially for an apartment that accommodates 4–6 people. An outdoor drying option or a proper indoor rack would help a lot. Additionally, there were some signs of wear and minor damage in the apartment. One of the doors had a visible scratch, part of the framework was peeling off, and a light switch cover looked like it had been removed. These didn’t affect functionality but did take away slightly from the overall impression of the space.

Hard pillows, no bag storage but we knew that and storage available to the Asakusa train station.

Location is near attractions & subways. Quiet. Air conditioned. Good Wi-Fi . Has easy to operate washer & hang dry on balcony. As well as, air-dry feature in bathroom ( over night ) that’s very effective. Air drying is really useful. Safe & secure property! Near restaurants. Good for family! Really important…fill out the online form the property manager send you ( check your message in booking app ).

If you have kids, be sure to bring long sleeves pajamas or summer sleeping bag ( a very lightweight sheet that folds & fit kid’s backpack).

Great location, just 250m walking distance to Senso-ji temple. Huge spacing in the room, comfortable enough for 4-6 pax group. Toilet and shower room are separated, plus point for those travel in group! Only one unit each floor so you have all the privacy you need.

Pillow is too flat and small. Washing machine tub smell so bad we didn’t use it. There’s no mini mart nearby so you have to walk a bit to get to the nearest mart. The shower head holder in our room is not functioning, so the shower head stay at our knee height when we shower.

Great location and large and comfortable room. We loved the view from the balcony! Although there are no staff at the reception the online check in was easy and efficient. The room was clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for a family of 4. The drying function in the bathroom was excellent for drying towels and clothes overnight. Location was great - only a short walk to Asakusa subway station (Ginza Line) and just across the road was the river with a lovely walking path and a kids playground.

The location was pretty good though it takes about 40 minutes to travel to Shibuya. Around the area there's Don Quijote, Uniqlo, and we are very near to Sensoji. There's also a train service that comes from Narita Airport straight to Asakusa station so it was pretty convenient. There's a washing machine in the room. Room was so spacious! Netflix was available too We were able to contact the staff very quickly at the front desk through a 24 hour call service. Overall, excellent stay!

For a city that has a reputation of cramped living spaces, Minn Asakusa went beyond and created a second home for our family. The hotel was spacious but at the same time intimate, clean, and has all the amenities we need. The beds are soft and warm. There is also an open space living room to converge and talk about about our day. The kitchen is enough to store food supplies from the convenience stores. The separation of the toilet and bath is a genius idea. It made preparations for the day efficient and easier. The hotel is also a few steps away from public transportation and tourist spots, such as the Senso-ji temple and the Tokyo Skytree. It is also near Nakamise-dori and Hoppy St for late night shopping and food trips. We didnt regret choosing Asakusa over Shibuya for our first family trip in Tokyo. It was safe, close to public transportation and tourist spots, and homely.

None. However, we would have preferred a view of the Tokyo Skytree instead of buildings. Nonetheless, it is a great affordable hotel.

the facilities inside the room is very nice, ,the room is clean and spacious for family, the hot water was good.. the location its also near the sensoji temple and other sight seeing

this hotel didnt have standby staff in the front desk so its difficult if you have trouble while check in. And also the spare plastic for the plastic bin inside the room is not available, so you must ask the staff to renew it

We were happy to have chosen a great place to stay with our family of 5 that was in a quieter location but with easy walks to great things to see and access to airport trains and the Ginza line to get everywhere you want to go in Tokyo. The path near the river and Sumida park was close by and provided a sanctuary from the busy-ness of Tokyo sight seeing.

The location in Tokyo was perfect to explore the whole city. Close to the train, sites, shops and an amazing view of the Skytree from our balcony. The room was large and perfect for 4 people.

There was no reception (but was a way to contact them remotely) and no complementary tea and coffee when you arrive which would have been nice after a long day of travelling. Such small things - really a great place.
