Great little apartment with everything you could need. We had 2 tiny bedrooms which were cosy and very comfortable a lovely balcony which overlooked Sensoji Temple and the Skytree tower which is incredible at night. Great quilts and comfy beds. Cute kitchenette which we really didn’t need as lots of restaurants and Seven 11 across the road. Air conditioning was excellent! TV worked well and we could stream from our phones. Washing facilities were really good too. Great lobby with plenty of room to sit and enjoy. Centrally located in Asakusa across the road from Sensoji Temple with markets, shops, restaurants and great coffee near by. The train station is about a 10 minute leisurely walk. The staff are so helpful! Answered lots of questions, loaned us an iron, organised transfers to the airport but we also loved the self check in and check out. So easy.
Would love a chair that isn’t so high especially for putting your shoes on.

Overall, the room we got was comfortable for four. Only one room has a closet, so that was a little disappointing especially there were no hooks or shelving of any kind available anywhere to hang things or put things, so everything we had had to be on the floor. The closet has no hangers, just an empty shelf. There are bar stools around the kitchen counter, but they were super uncomfortable to sit on for long. There are no other seating available, so we had to place a pillow on the floor to sit on. There are two washers and dryers which were sufficient since we had only used it once. The location is convenient enough for us to take a subway and pass through the temple to get around. Convenient store is located down the street. They provided shampoo and body wash, but no hair conditioner. It maybe something they can consider adding on the amenities. We had to go out and buy a bottle.
If the a/c is not running, the place smelled a bit mildewy. But as soon as we run the ac for a little bit, it goes away. I think that's what to expect in a humid area.

We loved the location- very close to many things in Asakusa and with a supermarket less than 5 minutes away. We loved the design of the rooms - very handy having 2 separate bedrooms with sliding doors that can close. The bedding was very comfortable, the rooms very clean, the kitchen thoughtfully designed and well equipped for such a compact space with a very decently sized fridge and freezer. The windows open for fresh air and provide street views and a glimpse of the Skytree (from the right angle). The communal space downstairs is also very handy if you are wanting a bit of extra space back at base and there are some good books you can borrow. We also appreciated the unique design features, like the lovely bathroom basin and the quirky decorations in the reception area. Like a home away from home.

Lovely spot near many Asakusa attractions. Our room on the third floor was relatively quiet and offered two separate (if very small!) bedrooms, a key reason we chose this spot. The staff were wonderful, cheerfully helping us fill out our takkyubin forms to transfer our bags to our next location. We didn’t use the kitchenette, but it was great to have as an option and seemed solidly equipped. WiFi worked well. Would definitely stay here again, and enjoyed the nearby restaurants and the short walk to explore all Asakusa has to offer.
Only downsides are that the hotel is a bit far from the nearest subway (10-minute walk) and the building’s exterior lights shone through one bedroom window and couldn’t really be blocked.

What a gem! Location is great - short walk to station/supermarkets/restaurants. We had an amazing view of the shrine from our room. The area is not as busy as other parts of Tokyo which was great for a first time visit. Staff lovely and helpful. Washer/Dryer worked really well and was cheap as. Check in super easy. Room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated and has a great vibe. Was a great stay for our family of 4. Having 2 bedrooms was very handy for kids with different sleep schedules.
The room is small but we knew it would be small. It would be good to have more space for storing our bags (we stacked them at the end of the beds) and more places to hang towels (although this is a complaint I have of basically every hotel everywhere - if the room sleeps 4 you need 4 towels hooks). Other than that it was perfect!

The hotel is right next to Senso-ji and has a great view of Sky Tree too. We were able to hear the temple bell ring at 6 a.m. every morning and wander around the uncrowded grounds at night which was such a unique experience 😊 Check in was a breeze, and the staff are very helpful and speak English well. Asakusa station is about a ten minute walk from the hotel, and there’s a 7-11 right down the street that we frequently went to. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in Asakusa!

The location was great - with a view of the Sensoji Temple and the Skytree. Clara on reception was very helpful and helped us check-in and flagged down a taxi for us when we left so thank you so much to her. We were travelling with our grownup children so it was great having separate bedrooms and a kitchen area. The hotel was very attractive. There wasn't a restaurant, etc but we wouldn't have used one anyway. It was convenient there was a laundry and you could borrow chargers and a luggage scale so that was a nice touch.
I know a lot of Japanese hotels don't do this but we would have appreciated tea and coffee in the kitchen. Other than that the hotel gave us everything we needed.

Location was excellent for a short stay in Asakusa, right next to Senso-ji (view from our room), walking distance from the station and with a convenience store close by (also a fabulous coffee shop on the corner which would recommend). Staff were extremely helpful, and early checkin was fabulous after our long flight (best money spent!). Apartment is small but well designed and with everything you need (great decor too). A fabulous start to our stay here in Japan!

Great location. It was our first time in Tokyo, and we were glad to be staying somewhere a wee bit more peaceful. Worth having the view of temple and Skytree. 10 mins walk to Asakusa Station. 20 mins walk to Skytree. Only 5 mins to temples. Shower great and plenty towels. Beds, pillows and duvet all very comfy. Friendly and helpful staff.
Possibly more storage but space is tight in Tokyo and we knew this. If you want to hang the contents of your suitcase up this might not be for you.

The hotel worked perfectly for us as a family as there were two bedrooms and a kitchenette. The location was also great, really close to the Senso-ji Temple so that we could pop over and see it in the early morning before the crowds. Loads of great restaurants and shops in the area too and only 5 mins to Asakusa Station which was well connected to the rest of Tokyo. 1 min from the nearest 7-11 which was also very handy.
Somewhere to put clothes would have been useful. A bit of traffic noise at night but to be expected in a big city.
