Great hotel, just 10 minutes walk from the station. Super comfortable bed and pillows. I slept so well! Room was compact but perfectly adequate with every amenity I needed. Good location to walk to a number of attractions.

The lift pings and was audible in my nearby room, disturbing if you want an early night. Also, the bells of the nearby temple did ring out at 6am on several days of my stay so you may not like this if you are alight sleeper or don’t like an early start. As I was keen to get out and explore it wasn’t a big issue for me and I had the bonus of having the temple nearby to see!

Good location easy to access Zenzoji Temple but a little bit far from train station. Room size is good for 3 peoples, we can open three 23 inches luggage together. Everything in the room so new.

They give the water only 3 bottles although we stay at here for 4 nights. Other hotel that we used to stay gave 3 bottles per day. No cleaning everyday.

Overall, Hop Inn Tokyo Asakusa is the best especially its location and proximity. Everyrhing we need is just a walk away! Restaurants, fast food, supermarkets, coffee shops, malls, tourist spots, and train stations — everything is just a walk away!

The toilet & bath is relatively small. I think it is just the typical size in Japan but it is well fitted and everything you need is there.

Loved this hotel, very affordable, excellent beds, very clean and staff were incredibly kind. We could leave our luggage for day trips and everyone was so lovely with our baby

- Okay location. Can be reached by train or taxi. - the staff are very friendly and can communicate in English. - the bed and pillows were not too soft (much to my liking). - for a Tokyo hotel room, the double room that was given to us was spacious, compared to the other hotels we've used in the past two years of 6 visits in Japan. - the hotel has washer and dryer which are cheaper to use. - Wi-fi was okay, doesn't get disconnected at random.

- the cleaning team did not thoroughly cleaned up our room, particularly the washroom. - there was no microwave to use to heat food. - the washroom/toilet was comparatively smaller versus other similar hotels.

I highly recommend this hotel for its close proximity to the tourist spots in Asakusa. Accessible from & to Narita airport. The staff are also very helpful & friendly. It's also a new & clean hotel.

The room was smaller than what we expected but the people at the front desk are very friendly. They find solutions about everything, they helped the best they could about literally everything. Thanks to that even though the room is small, I would still stay there for another Tokyo trip. Friendly, helpful and warm people are more important than anything. Its location is very central, in this hotel usually everyone is a family. It is clean, perfect for families and tourists.

The rooms could be a little bigger. Especially the bathroom was quite tiny.

The hotel was close to the train station and buses. The hotel was always manned and after a certain time you could only be let in to the building with your room key. To go up in the lifts you have to use your room key for it work (added security)! The bed was very comfortable. They had free amenities if you ran out of or forgot some essentials. They had a bath in the bathroom and they had bath salts you could use in reception. They had a cash converter machine in the reception area but it charged you for using it.

For a small room, it was great that we were able to put our large luggages under the bed. It made maneuvering around the room a lot easier. Location was also a huge plus. Close to the train station (5-7min walk) and the alley ways to great food stands and restaurants. Nearby the Daily Yamazaki, which is our preferred convenience store. Found a great Unagi restaurant nearby too. It was especially a great place to be in when exploring the area at night, when it’s less crowded. Easy walk to train station when going with our large luggages, and that’s always a relief. Great value for Tokyo and Asakusa location. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. Everything was great.
