Ignore reviews that point out the rooms are small and without windows. You are in Asakusa, when do you spend time in your room other than to sleep? The rooms are very cozy, modern and well designed. The rain shower is fantastic. The food bar is great - ignore the complaints about this. Yes, it is not chef-prepared on site but there are good options. The coffee is less expensive than a coffee shop and is a high quality machine. I would stay here again any time! The staff were wonderful.

It was very cute, clean and comfortable . the design was very nice as well. It was also a great location in Asakusa and easily accessible to public transport , sites, shopping and restaurants .

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The room was small but well laid out for the size. it would’ve been nice if they would have provided tea or coffee in the room like all of the hotels we stayed at. The little upstairs cafe was great but you had to pay for coffee or caffeinated tea.

Stunning view on both end- temple and SKYTREE, plenty of activities to do at night while the streets are quiet, get a beer go to the rooftop or the bar a level below, catch some night views, while in the morning be the first to reach the asakusa temple. Transportation is also convenient.

Room can be a little small, the metro stations nearby can be too old and ill equipped with elevator facilities, next thing getting off a train will be carrying your luggage up on flights of stairs, the exact location is also a bit further away from metro stations, but if you utilise the takyubin or luggage carrier service I strongly recommend you to stick with this amazing hotel.

Love the 13th floor breakfast area. The view of Skytree is awesome. Best way to start the day.

The staffs were rather inflexible. We had a late flight after we checkout. They couldn’t allow us to access the breakfast area for a short rest while waiting for our transport to come and pick us up.

The location is just few minutes walk from the metro. Room was spacious for a family of 3 people. The reception was extremely helpful. The mini cafe and the roof top garden were the highlight of this hotel - you can enjoy quick meal or breakfast at the mini cafe, and do not miss the roof top garden where you can see the Skytree on one side, and Asakusa Kannon Temple on the other side.

The hotel is sustainable and did not change the bedsheet and pillow cases during my 3 nights stay (can't remember if they changed the towels). However I'm surprised they did not help to tidy up the bed and toilet and vacuum. Basically they only emptied the trash bin. The rental cost is not cheap and i expected better services in our room.

New OMO hotel by Hoshino, what’s not to like? The concept of a 24-hours convenience store as its hotel restaurant/cafe/breakfast is great! Also bringing together the products of the vicinity and introducing them to foreign visitors is such a nice boost to local businesses. Love it!

The hotel staff seemed to forget the number of persons in my room and replaced an inadequate number of towels in the room which is pretty annoying when you need to take a shower after a long day outside.

Modern room , compact but useful, the view of the sky tree both from the rooftop and rooms were nice

Not a lot of breakfast option .. it's says breakfast included but we received a 1000 Yen voucher only

Great location, great views from the room. Rooftop terrace was pretty cool as well.

Room was a little cramped for the price, although perhaps that’s expected in Tokyo. If you get out of the shower at the same time as your partner arrives back you are fully in view of the hallway 🙃. The beds are also slightly odd, the mattresses shift around (eg you can’t sit in bed leaning against the headrest as the mattress will just slide down), but fine for actual sleeping! Overall if you are not planning to spend much time in the room this is pleasant enough. If you are here for a while and can afford it you might be better finding a bigger room.

It is a great hotel in a great location. Asakusa is touristy district with the Senso-ji and all the little shops and restaurants around it. And this hotel is just across the street from it. So convenient. And the train station is just a few hundreds steps away connecting you to all the other shopping districts and attraction in Tokyo with ease. The hotel itself is also great. Everything is sparkling clean. If you have the right expectation going into it, that Tokyo is a high density city where land is at a premium, the room size is more than enough for 2 average size persons. If you're 6ft+ the bed may be a bit short. Be reasonable and don't bring 3 big luggages per person. But even if you do that, the hotel have separate storage to accommodate. The staffs here are very patient, friendly and helpful. They are young but polite. Easily some of the most professional hotel crew I have encountered. And don't worry, their English is fine to communicate with guests effectively. If I even come to Tokyo again, I hope to stay at OMO3 again.

Nothing.

I absolutely loved the interior design of this hotel. Everything from the layout to the lighting was just designed so well imo. It gave me such a vibe I didn’t get from the previous hotels I stayed at. We stayed at 4 hotels this trip and I’m confident to say this was my favourite (and the view from our room was immaculate). So close to convenience store/bakery, Senso-ji temple and the Asakusa station. When my partner comes back to Japan, we’re either staying here again or trying out another OMO hotel :) (p.s - don’t confuse the OMO Akasaka and the OMO Asakusa hotels like we did 😆)

Can’t think of anything :)
