The location was great - right between the Sumida river (with beautiful view from the rooftop foot bath) and Asakusa station/Matsuya Dept store. Breakfast (included unagi don) & was delicious! Free noodles were offered nightly between 9:30-11:30 pm & were also delicious!

The onsen was open to women for limited hours on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday only. (However, they offer a free pass to the newly opened sister hotel onsen facility about a ten minute walk away)

The location - close to the metro, close to sensoji temple and skytree, and right next to the river The staff is very friendly and helpful The top floor foot bath, manga corner, vending machines, microwave, etc They stored our bags before check-in so we could explore the area on arrival, and they accept luggage forwarding

Couldn't make use of the complimentary ramen as it started a bit too late for our jetlagged selves 9.30pm - but I love that this is a service they provide. The room was a little on the small side, but as we were only there to sleep, it wasn't really a problem

Okay location, onsen if it is available to you, free delicious and good quantity ice cream at night and small cup of yoghurt in the morning if you don’t forget to take them, free ramen at night, space although in the heart of Tokyo. The hotel is walkable distance from Airport Express train station and subway but it is near Tobu station (you need to get to the other side of the building even though the building is next to the hotel so this pro is not as attractive). The onsen was superb. They had an outdoor on the rooftop with the view of Asakusa, as well as sauna and ice bath, but ladies have limited time on 15:00-20:00 Fri-Sun to get in, the rest of that is time for gentlemen. The check-in and check-out were with the machine which were not complicated. A supermarket nearby.

The aircon was not working. And it seemed that the previous guest couldn’t use it too as when it was switched on it was at -3 degrees Celsius and there was only thin feel off warm air touching us standing in front of it so we rely on the air from the opened window which came with off and on sounds of trains. The mattress and pillows are rather hard and thin. It is a renovated building but you won’t feel anything if you don’t look over human’s height.

Exceptional location: Very Convenient 8-10 mins walk from the subway stations, and 10-15 mins walk to the temples and shopping areas. Small room: Pretty small for 2 pax but it's well-furnished if you keep your belongings in orderly manner. Nice Breakfast: Buffet style with Unagi bowl rice and many other traditional Japanese dishes. Taste are great and the dinning ambience is fine too. The complementary noodles for supper is definitely worth trying! Staffs: Very friendly and helpful that answered all our requests. Overall it's a nice comfy hotel to stay in.

I stayed in the room with my wife and a 8-year-old kid, did not get an upsize in the queen-sized bed so we were sleeping packed like sardine fish.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk to Sensoji Temple and surrounding Asakusa. Room was rather small but manageable. Step up into shower room was extra high at least a 9” step. Don’t forget to take off your shoes before going in as you should remove them anytime you see a step up anywhere you go. Very good breakfast as I enjoy Japanese food..There were eggs, sausage, breads, fruit and salad if you’re not totally into Japanese food yet. Tons of food options around. Aside from it being a little dated and small I would definitely stay there again and I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to choosing a hotel.

Basin faucet leaked excessively and shower curtain not quite wide enough.

This was our 4 time to stay here. For a tourist/traveller this is a brilliant hotel. Location was within about 50metres of both the Tobu station and the Asakusa Metro stations - and also the river ferry. Complimentary washing machines and a gas drier are a BIG deal in my books. A cheap but delicious Japanese breakfast, complimentary Ramen in the evenings, river and Skytree views from many of the rooms (with small balconies) and welcoming and friendly staff.

The beer vending machine on the 10th floor was removed since our last trip in '23 which is a shame :(...

Tasty Japanese style breakfast and small ramen portion in the evening were great meal options. Hotel’s spa facility was clean and relaxing, though only open for women on some days for set hours. It’s also possible to get a pass for a local hot spring bath facility from the front desk but sadly I didn’t have time to try it out. Rooms were clean though pillows slightly stiff for western preferences. My room had a great view of the sky tree, River, and gold Asahi “flame” sculpture. Easy access from Haneda airport, close to Asakusa temple area and sky tree.

Some halls retained some tobacco smoke smell, though the room smelled fresh and clean.

Super convenient location from the station, excellent customer service, and comfortable stay! (bonus for free ramen at 9:30 pm, onsen and foot bath at the 10th floor, and well worth breakfast buffet). The staff also allowed us to store our luggage after check in for free which we appreciated. I went to Dormy inn and Onyado nono chain in Kanazawa, Akihabara, Osaka and Kyoto and for all of them I’ve had amazingly positive experience. I highly recommend!

Nothing major I can think of at the moment.

The view from our room was exceptional, overlooking the Skytree at the riverside. Breakfast was excellent. There are also ice lollipop, comic corner, ramen, onsen foot bath and a massage chair at the public area. Must try their cup noodles that are for free if staying for more than one night without housecleaning.

The only drawback was the time slot for women's public bath not ideal. As a visitor, I would still be out for sightseeing and dinner till after 8pm, while women's public bath is until 8pm, coz there's only one public bath. So men and women uses the same place but at different times. My husband and the boys got to enjoy it. While the mattress was way too soft, hurts my back after sleeping for 2 nights.

The staff are the best, always smiling and helpful. The location is very convenient to get on the Ginza and Asakusa subway line as well as the Tobu-Nikko train. Although the hotel onsen is small and single gender at a time but they offer the use of onsen at their other branch about 10min walk away which is great. Laundry machines at a few levels are great, as well as a healthy breakfast at 1300¥ per person which is reasonable.

We don’t really like the ‘cabin’ style rooms on level 2, it’s a bit difficult to stand up from the low bottom bunk.
