Staff was friendly, reception desk was open 24/7 (great for a late-check). The room was clean and a little more spacious than the typical hotel room in Tokyo proper. Bed was very comfortable. Location is great if you're just staying for a night to go elsewhere. There is a convenience store right downstairs and a good mall nearby, but otherwise not much else to do for a tourist.

Price was a little higher than I expected, but there are only a few options for lodging in this area.

The hotel is new, very nice and clean, with big rooms and all the necessary comfort. Very close to the train station, in a nice area, there are shops with everything you need. We also had a good breakfast. Very close to the hotel, on the other side of the railway, there is a stop for a luxury bus that connects the Haneda Aeroport to the hotel area.

Location was excellent by train station and shopping, restaurants. Very safe.

Room was small for a two week stay, no drawers to put things in, limited counter space in bathroom. Bed was quite hard and pillows very uncomfortable, two per person by one is filled with hard beans or something. Only one large bath towel per person, and one hand towel, need more for drying long hair.

Fantastic service. Nice Japanese breakfast. Comfortable room and exceptionally clean.

Area is not that exciting but there are some nice restaurants nearby. Sometimes there is noise from rains at night but it’s not constant

Stayed here for work, location was great being connected to the train station with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Parking will cost you 1500 yen a day at an adjoining (non related) car park.

Close to train station and breakfast was good. Many places to eat and shop near hotel. Even comes with public hot bath.

The location. Close to Nagareyama Ootakanomori Station ( Tobu & Tsukuba Express). Close to shopping center. Cleanliness. Helpful staff

The breakfast was awesome! I liked having the choice of Japanese or Western. I often chose Japanese due to it's a healthy option. I don't like natto though. The Farmer's Table was good too. I ate lunch there a few times but not dinner. I will eat dinner there. There is a Lawsons next to the hotel and 7-11 across the street. Since the hotel is attached to the station it's easy travel. Familymart and a drug store is there as well. A shopping mall with the Food Maison grocery across the way. A 24 hour coin laundry is 2 minute walk on the floor level.

Wifi is unsecure for my computer use. I used a VPN to make up for the weak security. I use a MAC. Since this is the COVID Jidai, many local places shut down by 8pm or 9pm. Just keep that in mind.
