Very conveniently located adjoining the train station with restaurants and convenience stores within 50 metres of the hotel. There is also a mall approximately 150 metres from the hotel. Rooms are large by Japan standards and clean and comfortable.

No bottled water in the room which i find rather odd for a hotel of this category. I checked in past midnight after a flight delay followed by just over an hour on the trains with 2 transfers only to find no drinking water in the room. You can imagine the dismay of a tired traveller.

The hotel is bright and contemporary, with access to a train station within 100 feet. There are restaurants, bars, shops and meeting places all around. We had not stayed here before and didn't know what to expect since this was our first trip to Japan. We completely lucked out with this gem of a property!

Honestly, nothing. The property was perfect for our stay as we weren't seeking a resort, but rather a clean, modern, overly friendly hotel with a staff of helpful and welcoming people. We never felt like we were any place but home.

Staff was friendly, reception desk was open 24/7 (great for a late-check). The room was clean and a little more spacious than the typical hotel room in Tokyo proper. Bed was very comfortable. Location is great if you're just staying for a night to go elsewhere. There is a convenience store right downstairs and a good mall nearby, but otherwise not much else to do for a tourist.

Price was a little higher than I expected, but there are only a few options for lodging in this area.

The hotel is new, very nice and clean, with big rooms and all the necessary comfort. Very close to the train station, in a nice area, there are shops with everything you need. We also had a good breakfast. Very close to the hotel, on the other side of the railway, there is a stop for a luxury bus that connects the Haneda Aeroport to the hotel area.

Location was excellent by train station and shopping, restaurants. Very safe.

Room was small for a two week stay, no drawers to put things in, limited counter space in bathroom. Bed was quite hard and pillows very uncomfortable, two per person by one is filled with hard beans or something. Only one large bath towel per person, and one hand towel, need more for drying long hair.

Location is perfect. Breakfast is nice too. Room pretty huge compared with city center.

WiFi is not working. Don't expect to have online meeting at the hotel.

Fantastic service. Nice Japanese breakfast. Comfortable room and exceptionally clean.

Area is not that exciting but there are some nice restaurants nearby. Sometimes there is noise from rains at night but it’s not constant

Stayed here for work, location was great being connected to the train station with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Well maintained & clean. Staff was pleasant & helpful when assistance requested.

No airport transfer & staff can only help to book taxis. Should have contacts to arrange for van transport

Clean and with an onsen. Nice breakfast thrown in. good value, next to a huge mall

Parking will cost you 1500 yen a day at an adjoining (non related) car park.
