I really liked the hotel, the room is spacious, the amenities are great, the location is good since it's very close to a train station, the friendly staff and the healthy breakfast options. It is also close to a konbini, a big grocery store with a lot of cheap options. Overall, the hotel is true to its name, it is Grand!

I love the hotel and all, it's just that it's quite far from the main city centre ( e.g. Shibuya, Shinjuku, Asakusa etc) so it's quite a trip we have to make to and from each time. But it would be a nice place to stay if your activities are not around the city centre. I would definitely return one day!

Location is the best! Extremely happy, it's so accessible to everything.. station, malls, restaurants, thrift shop, pharmacy, Daiso, Don Quijote... The bed is very comfy too, staff are always helpful. We all enjoyed our stay, I even recommended to some friends who are planning to go Japan.

The interval of cleaning is every 3 days which is quite long, although they give you fresh towels and plastic bag for trash everyday.

Great amenities, having a public bath + sauna was great. Breakfast was nice as well. Everything needed for a business or trip to the local area. Shopping, parks, day trips only a train ride away.

The location is probably not ideal for first time visitor. Getting into the main Tokyo center will take +30 min, though the local train nearby connects into the Tokyo subway system.

We stayed four nights with our three children. We booked 2 double rooms and one single room. This is a fairly new Hotel. Very clean rooms, the bed is very comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. The stuff is very polite and helpful. We liked the big public bath they offer and used it every evening. Also there is a fitness room one can use. Breakfast is amazing. High quality food and ample choices from the Japanese style to western style food. We loved the home -made style Japanese buffet. Freshly made delicious food was certainly our highlight. The Hotel is easy to reach. Only 3 min. walk from the Minami Kashiwa Station. Very convenient to go to Kashiwa Station for shopping and of course close enough to Tokyo for a day trip. Good value for the money. We will be back again.

We liked the cleanliness of the property. Breakfast was also good. We also enjoyed the public bath and gym in the property. There were convenience stores, supermarkets and bowling nearby. As mentioned in its website, only limited parking spaces available but right opposite the hotel entrance (like a few steps across the road), there was a few paid parkings. Ranging from JPY600 to JPY800 per night, reasonable.

It was a pity that facilities such as public bath and gym were only available from 3pm to 10pm so we could not have gym and bath at the public bath in the morning before setting out for daytime activities.

The breakfast was good and the food was nice. The staff are very friendly, polite and courteous.

More choice of eggs would be nice. Overall the restaurant is very good

Loved everything about it. Though its in Chiba, its still CLOSE to the train station. 2 min walk. The room is fairly sized. It's not cramped. The amenities are great. Used the onsen. Didn't have time for the gym. Will recommend this hotel. The photos that are posted here are literally what you will get.

Honestly, nothing. For the rate, it was beyond expectations.

Was good value for money, the breakfast was also a good price and the location was good how it had shops and a station nice and close

It wouldve been good if the gym was open all the time and didn't have to pay extra to use it

Compliment welcome drink. Extremely charming and beautiful hotel. The set up is so amazing. Rooms are nice and clean. So close to everything - supermarket, train, restaurants. Absolutely amazing place to stay.
