We loved having a private toilet with all the fun functions. The shower and bath were unique but easy and fun to use. There were plenty of towels and body wash and shampoo and conditioner which was nice. We loved having a kitchenette that allowed us to store food which helped with our hungry children. We loved having a TV to watch kids shows and have a way to relax at night. It was so close to a train station it made it so easy to get around. You also couldn't hear the trains at night which was nice. The curtains they have make it so dark to sleep it was wonderful. We comfortably slept four children and three adults. The check-in and out process was easy. It was also great to have the added security of having a keyed door to get in as well as a keyed door to our room. We got to stay 17nights which was so amazing because we didn't have to switch hotels.

It would have been nice to have washcloths to wash your face with. It would have also been nice to have some dish towels to help with drying dishes and cleaning up little spills from washing and kids. There were a few bugs that got in which weren't pleasant for the children. It was also hard to air out the genkan which got smelly from shoes. To be fair we are not used to working with humidity so dealing with the smells may just have been user error. It would have also been nice to have more trash bags that match the colors of the burnable/not-burnable. The space was a little tight and hard to store luggage but we managed. The user manual for the apartment wasn't super easy to use as an English reading person, but my husband reads Japanese so it wasn't a huge issue.

We booked the largest room and it was really great having all that space to spread out. The facilities were great with an almost fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. When I booked the place, I thought the lication was a little inconvenient but it turned out great with either the Keisei Line or JR Musashino available at the Higashi Matsudo station just a couple of minutes away. We could even get into Ginza or Asakusa directly using the Keisei Line.

The kitchen was well equipped except their were no knives except for one chef’sknife which makes for spreading butter on tiast a challenge. Also, the IH stove never worked properly for us but admittedly it could have been user error. And finally while the towels were plentiful, they had an odd smell.

The location was amazing - barely a block away from the train station and directly on the Express Line coming from Narita airport. It made it a perfect place to stay without needing to drag bags on and off the train across multiple lines/transfers to reach hotels closer to the guts of the city. It also made for a quiet area to relax in when done exploring the city for a day. There are plenty of close-by restaurants (both chain and not), as well as plenty of izakaya, that it makes finding a meal only difficult in deciding what you want and how far you really want to walk to get there.

My only real complaint was the room I was in was a touch too narrow - it made it hard to maveuver the bags and find space to open them if both occupants needed to access them at the same time. The automatic lights in the hallway towards the bathroom also made it awkward getting up to use it in the early morning when the other occupant was sleeping lest they get woken up by the light turning on.

I had a fantastic experience. In fact, I enjoyed my first stay so much that I booked a room again! Both times, the service was consistently excellent. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the team was always friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed—from reliable Wi-Fi to a very cozy bed. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining a high standard throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Booking here twice says it all—this is definitely a place I’d recommend and return to again!

That said, one downside I experienced was the lack of dedicated parking. It was a bit frustrating having to search for street parking, especially during busy times or late at night. There’s no on-site parking or reserved area, which can be inconvenient if you’re traveling by car or carrying luggage. It would definitely improve the overall experience if some parking arrangements were offered for guests. Additionally, the pricing felt a bit high compared to similar hotels in the area. While the quality of the service and accommodations is good, the cost adds up quickly—especially for longer stays. It might not be the most budget-friendly option, so it’s something to keep in mind when planning your visit.

Excellent Stay and Outstanding Honesty We had a fantastic stay at this hotel/apartment —everything from the cleanliness to location and very well translated in english of instructions / house rules exceeded our expectations. Nothings to complain

Staff are quick to respond to any needs. The stay was very clean and modern. I will stay here for sure next time I visit if I want to go to Disney or away from the big city.

The locks are difficult at first but it makes sense eventually. The only adjustment I would suggest are changes on check in and check out. Check in is at 4 pm when most locations are 2 pm or 3 pm. Check out should be at least at 11 am since check in is much later. That's me being picky.

Very spacious, very close to the train station and grocery store. I very much enjoyed my stay there.

Maybe a better explanation on how to get through the room door. I had a bit of trouble getting in. I though it was just me and the language barrier, but there was also a Japanese group on the same floor that was having trouble as well.

was able to make a small meal in the kitchen. All needed plates pots cutlery were there.

no staff. no one to ask questions to. check in was really hard. we arrived late in the evening, the doors were locked we did not have the code, because you need to be inside to checkin and get the code. lucky for us there were other guests who helped us get in so we could check in.
