We initially had a hotel elsewhere but because of the state of the hotel we decided to come to Hotel Trend instead. The property was clean and modern with many amenities available on the bottom floor. The room was spacious for Tokyo and we fit three luggage bags in the room as well as two backpacks. They clean the rooms every two days which is very nice and the beds are softer than most the other hotels in Japan which we really loved. For the price you really do get amazing value out of this hotel. We will be staying here when we return to Japan as it’s a short walk to the station, Skytree, Asakasa town and Senso ji temple.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and let me store my luggage there before my departing flight. The location is about a 5 min walk to the metro station that I used to get everywhere. Lots of free amenities (all shower supplies, robes, fresh towels daily, tea, a clothes steamer and kettle in the room). Greta value for a very low price, highly recommend.

There are some very small cosmetic issues with the room (some peeling wallpaper, stains on the carpet) but still clean and reasonable for the price.

I absolutely loved the location, most of all! But the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating whenever I needed something. Despite putting DND on my door, they still thought to leave a fresh set of towel each day of my stay. Even the room was exceptional, the bed was comfortable and the washroom was clean. Also the fact that the hotel had an elevator was chef's kiss for me.

I can't really think of anything, to be honest. That's how happy I was with my stay.

Best location you can ever imagine in Asakusa. Right across from the temple and amazing places of interest at every turn. Terrific value for money and a chilled out and clean as a whistle hotel with the friendliest staff.

Size of room unfortunately for two adults and a young child was just too jam packed however that was on us as we knew the size of the room going in. The second bed cut off access to the mini fridge (which was actually such a good little unit) and overall for a small family a little too tight. But again, that’s fine for how good the price was and the location.

The room is a bit small but clean, with free skincare. The location is near train station and bus stops, the hotel is few meters from the Sensoji Temple. Above all, the staffs are kind and accommodating, the receptionist can speak English so we don't have any issues with check-in. I told him to add 1 guest to our room and I am willing to pay for the extra guest but he gave me a separate single room. Recommended hotel.

The location was great. Almost everything was walking distance- Asakusa Station, restaurants, shops. The staff were all polite and helpful. The internet was the best among all the hotels I’ve stayed in . Fast and doesnt lag.

I just hope they had a waiting area where guests could sit while waiting for check in and upon check Out while waiting for transportation.

The location is a major plus to me. It is close to the temple, Tobu station and walking distance to the zoo and museum. There are plenty of eatery around, the standard chains and izakayas. They give out new towels everyday via contactless means. There are plenty of amenities to pick up like facial cleanser, shavers and even a bath robe. And the view. You can see the amazing skyline and the temple. The air-conditioning switch is independent of the light timer and your key card. You can always find your room back at the same temperature when you leave it at.

You wake up to a 6am bell from the temple. Not the hotel's fault.

Comfortable location and conveniently close to Ginza and Asakusa lines. Lots of small shops and shopping centers nearby. Right by Senso-ji temple. Staff is extremely considerate and we were well taken care of. Small rooms but more than enough for our needs.

it’s literally beside the sensoji temple! but if you’re taking the Asakusa line straight from the airport with big luggage, I’d suggest you find an exit going to the newer building (where you exit for Ginza line) because the old one doesn’t have escalators/elevator!! but the best part for me is that the staff are absolutely amazing. they even assisted us when we wanted to leave our luggage since we did a short side trip to Hokkaido. they have complete items which you can get from the hotel lobby (even ponytail!) the check-in and check-out was super smooth hehe

nothing really! but for some, the space might be an issue. the room just has enough space for 2 luggage buuut if you open both at the same time be prepared to lose walking space

Great location. Its like going out, everything is there. A few steps from the train station, sensoji temple. At the back its the river. Tokyo tower tree is walkable if you like to stroll around the river bank. Its highly recommended
