The rooms were spacious for Japan. The hotel/hostel itself was modern and clean. Has great facilities such as kitchenette and washing machine and dryer. Vending machines and pool table. Great facilities to room as well. Love the location as so close to the temple,markets and train station.

We had a private room on Level 2. It was great however it was on the same floor as 1 other private room and 2 spas and the laundry and kitchenette. This was a big negative considering we found such an awesome place that has everything to offer. There should be no rooms on the same floor as the common area that shares walls with these spaces. The accomodation does not have a curfew or signage up to say people cannot use these facilities past 11 or 12, therefore we heard banging and voices to 2am in the morning every night. It was my only negative otherwise I would give it a 10/10. This should be advertised in advance if you have this room. I did complain as well and staff said they would put up signage and no signage was put up.

The hotel was very clean.  The Wi-Fi was excellent.  The staff were friendly and accommodating.  The dining area was very suitable and had a toaster for warming up food.  There was a laundry facility for washing clothes on a different floor from the dining area and study area.  The elevator was spacious.  The hotel's location was good, close to the metro and Sensoji Temple.  All the beds, except one, were located on the same floor. 

We had to pay for shampoo, toothbrushes, towels, and slippers, as most hostels provide these items for free. Even pajamas are offered in most hostels.  The bathroom was shared (public) and there were no private bathrooms available.

Clean, modern, pretty spacious, and great staff. Free onsen too, so take advantage of that!

Bedroom light could not be turned off, even after asking staff. I don't know why they have this policy of keeping the lights on through the night, but it made sleeping a bit difficult. Dining room was in the same room as the laundry, resulting in a humid atmosphere.

bedding futon ( in 1 person cabin type ). is really soft and comfy . box sizing is good to stay, not too small . clean and well separated restroom and bathroom ( Onsen style but separated gender with security lock .) nice vibes community arar at 1f lobby ( have space for dining ). good location . Can walk to Sensoji temple easily. easy to go to Haneda airport by train ( 40 min appox. from asakusa sta. ) / bus ( start from nearby Tokyo skytree .Recommended for traveler who have a flight back to your hometown from Haneda.

please included some amenities like Slipper/ bath towel in room fee . ( well understand , And I think is reasonable to have the extra pay. but while 1st time check in, anyone don't know well they will really need the stuff . and while they realize, have to come back to reception counter. Which staff almost not on board , rounded to checking hotel .

Location, about 5 minutes' walk from Asakusa Station. Plenty of eateries, very close to Asakusa's main attractions such as Senso-ji Temple and Nakamise, as well as river cruise. Starbucks is 2 minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is super comfortable and value for money, knowing Tokyo's cost of living and expenditure. Front desk staff might require a bit of exposure on "how to be a front desk staff" training kind of thing. Noticed that they're not as friendlier as other places that I visited, nevertheless they had never been rude. Room was clean, despite some stains here and there on the carpet, which I noticed few reviews pointed out on the same subject. A decent size room for myself and spouse, while the other room for our children slightly larger to accommodate 3 of them. We love the bathroom, with all amenities provided. Our bed was so comfy and despite the room size, we spent most of our times exploring the cities hence it is a decent place for a good sleep at night.

I loved how quiet it was in the sleeping area. I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels while in Japan and this one had a great culture of people really respecting the sleeping area. The location was great! Close to the train station and the markets! The spa in the women’s bathroom was incredible after long days of walking !!

It took me a night to get used to the shared female showers but honestly it’s not a big deal. Im just not used to it - but I felt safe and comfortable with it after the first night.

The location was very good, extremely close to the oldest temple in Japan, and plenty of things to see just walking around. also pretty close to the closest train stop, so it wasnt hard to access the rest of tokyo. I felt safe and clean.

I didnt like having to pay to rent a towel, and I had a hard time feeling comfortable anywhere other than my bed. I would have liked a more comfortable communal space, but it was good for the price.

Everything is tidy, clean. The facilities are modern. The employees very kind. It looks fancy inside. And it has typical japanese vibe in bathrooms

The only downside is the smelly it gets in the common rooms (dorms). Too many people I guess, everything closed in winter. The bad odour gets in your clothes

The hotel is well-located, close to the metro and Asakusa train station. It it situated close to turisitic attractions (SkyTree Tower, the famous temple, small streets with souvenirs), but overall you do not hear the noise as it is at the quite street. Also coin laundry machines and public hot bath are available on the spot. While waiting for your laundry, you can also have one or two pool games:)

The private room was quite small, but clean. It would be great to provide at least one additional towel in private rooms.

It’s perfectly located in Asakusa close to the metro line. They offer cleaning supplies that are of high quality. The laundry room has machines that automatically dispense detergent. Towels are available for rent for 100JPY. There is a vending machine in the lobby that has soft drinks. The common bath is large and can accommodate many people. Everything is SO CLEAN!

My mattress had bumps so it wasn’t very comfortable.
