Location

My flight is in the evening. The check out time is 10:00 am. I expect the hotel to have luggage storage service from 10:00 to 14:00. But there is no service. The staff advices my wife, my daughter, and me to haul our 5 suitcases 700 meters to the train station and use the lockers there. Problem is I already booked a taxi van to pick us up at the hotel the day before my check out. In summary, the hotel should have made it clearer that luggage storage before check in and after check out is not available. If I had known, I’d change my plan and take the train to the airport.

For two adult and 10 years old daughter, we like: - The room it self, its spacious, have twin bed, sofa bed, bunk bed, dining table, soo perfect, and we have breath taking view, the tokyo skytree it self. - Home appliances is complete, heater and aircon, electric kettle, air purifier, vacum cleaner, induction stove, washing machine, complete cutlery, rice cooker, so we can make our breakfast and dinner. - Location is great enough, 10 minute walking to Ginza Line, 12 minute to Asakusa Line and most important thing only take 1 train from Narita and also to Narita. On front of the hotel, there is 7 eleven so we can buy groceries.. And only 10 minutes walking to Asakusa Sensoji Temple. 15 minutes walk to tokyo skytree - Easy check in and check out, staff email us about how to check ini, and there is a manual book how to use home appliances - Good environment, not crowded, near Sumida Park, so our daughter can play in park playground My opinion, this is the best stay ive ever visit tokyo, forget shinjuku and shibuya, if you have 3 big suitcases, you dont want wandering looking hotel in those super busy environment while you drag big suitcases.

A liitle bit far from near station, but its ok, we can manage it by walking through the sumida park riverside..

Check in process might be a little confusing for others but it was actually easy. We love home homey the room felt like. Booked the one Skytree view and it was an amazing sight. It has all the basic necessities and was surprised that there was a portable vacuum cleaner. Bathroom is clean and extra toiletries are available at the reception desk. a good 15 mins walk from Asakusa Station Keisei Line with direct access to Narita and Haneda Airport and Ginza line to Shibuya and Tobu Skytree line. if you don't like to walk for good 10-15mins, you can take the bus outside the station and get off in Sumida koen Park station, the hotel is just across the street. For sure i will stay at this hotel again.

Property was clean and tidy. Great location for public transport & finding way around to popular tourist areas.

Was a little noisy from traffic with sirens going on & off all hours. Still slept pretty well however, not bad enough to keep us awake. Check in was not easy at the property foyer. Scanned the QR code & screen froze each time tried it. Thankfully a nice Japanese man helped us sign in/ check in with another way to check in via www. (?) & that was successful. I’m sure I would have been more stressed if it was late hours & no one else there to help. Communication however with host was good so if before 10pm - I’m sure the vendors would have been responsive if needed.

We were very impressed how clean the hotel was. We also loved having the wash machine, kitchen facilities (although we didn't really cook this time). The only thing would of made it perfect was that there was no iron. The staff were nice although I felt there was not much communication and it was all done online. I think having a friendly person at the front would make such a difference. Overall, pretty happy with the room and our stay. The location was also good.

Just the lack of a human interaction, someone that you could have a friendly chat and ask for directions etc.

4 beds in room (2 with a bunker bed). Washer/dryer in room. Detergents were provided on the front desk, but they sometimes ran out. Microwave and kitchenware in room. Close to Asakusa temple and Tokyo Skytree. Asakusa line goes directly to Narita airport, and cost 1120 Yan, cheaper than any other options.

We have to make our own beds for the bunker bed, which took some time to finish. One bunker bed sheet/mattress may have bed bugs as one of my kids had bites after the first night of stay. A bit far from the Asakusa station (10-15min walk) when you have luggages.

The location is by the river which was lovely as it was Sakura season. Having a washing machine was excellent.

The shower drain got blocked but they came and cleared it quickly. I would have liked more security on the building

Convenient and in a great location with an exceptional view of the sky tree

The check process was painful. The QR reader wouldn’t read the code on my phone. The list of things they would fine you for was a bit excessive considering there was hair in the bathroom and all over the floor in the sleeping area.

Location is the best! Right by the Sumida River, great view to Tokyo SkyTree and river bank. Sumida Park is right beside. Short walk to Asakusa Station. The space, facilities, and layout are nice.

The check-in method was frustrating - the tablet barely responded, and had to spend quite some time, wit and patience to get through that "digital firewall". No check-in staff. No place to store luggage. The luggage room is there but still not operational. Probably still in the process of relaxing COVID restrictions. The broken check-in machine was replaced afterwards. Presence of an iron and ironing board would have been a great help. Was oddly surprised to find out none in the room and none at hotel's supply even when requested.

The property is close to perfection. Let me go one by one. Anyways, we are a group of four friends and we booked the standard quadraple room for 5 nights stay. 1. Room Size - Though small, it doesn’t look crowded. Their arrangement of the furniture is really strategic. There are spaces under the 2 single beds where you can store your luggage (can fit 2 luggages separately). 2. Bed - At first we were expecting there will be 2 single beds + 1 bunk bed (1 being a sofa bed). However, we were surprised to see there were actually 2 single beds & 1 bunk bed in which both, the top and bottom beds are also like the normal beds. So, it was really comfortable for the four of us. 3. Room Facilities - Among the facilities provided that make our 5 nights stay easier and enjoyable are tv (netflix, youtube), washing machine (including dryer), hairdryer, kitchen appliances (microwave, a complete set of kitchen utensils, fridge, etc), separated toilet & shower, a large number of hangers & etc. 4. Staff - The staff was really helpful! Thank you to the lady at the check in counter who never failed to entertain our questions. The customer service via booking.com app was also efficient. 5. Check in Process - I’ve read some reviews saying some people had troubles to check in. We were grateful our check in process was smooth as we had done the advanced check in earlier online.

Things that were not much to our liking:- 1. Location of the Property to the Nearest Station - The distance between the property to the nearest station (Asakusa stations) is quite far tbh especially if you bring a number of big luggages. It took us around 10-15mins to walk and drag our luggages from the property to the stations and vice versa. However, if you don’t mind walking and dragging your luggages, there will be no problem. And a plus point for you as there is a 7-Eleven Store opposite to the property. 2. No iron - We would be happier if there is an iron provided in the room. In conclusion, would we repeat staying at the hotel? Yes of course! Overall 8/10!
