Spotless clean, comfortable bed, new building. Bus stop just 2 mins away. Convenience store 4 mins away. Free water refill, tea and coffee. Very easy to find, reception desk open 7 am to 11 pm.

Rooms are super tiny - ok for 1 night, not more, especially if you are not alone. Literally a cube, where the sink is inside the room close to the bed, the shower is stand alone and as you open the shower door you can touch the bed just by stretching your leg. All of this males the room very dump despite the vent and the window, which opens just a few inches. We slept in damp pillows every night. Such a shame, as it’s a great place, but the rooms are quite claustrophobic.

Clean rooms. A little bit earlier check-in (30 mins in advance). Nice staff. Nice view to the tower directly from our room and from the rooftop.

Location - 1 km away from train station Weird room - sink near the bed, separate wc and kind of “build in “ the wall shower. Not sound proof at all. We heard people walking outside. 16:00 its too late for a normal check in hour. ALL the messages they sent me were in japanese, even after i answered them in english. For me it wasnt a problem to copy the message into google translate but it would have been more appreciated if they would write directly in english. Show a little effort, dear employer who is manageing the booking.com related things.

I like the ambience of the hotel and the staff. Staff are very friendly and even speaks English fluently. Tihiro is so nice and accommodating. She even fixed our bed and slept like a baby after. Thank you! There is unlimited coffee, tea, water (hot and cold), toiletries in the reception which you can get 24/7. There is a smoking area in the roof top with tables and chairs and amazing view of Tokyo Sky tower. There is also laundry machines on the 9th floor and enjoy the views while waiting for your laundry to finish. Very clean rooms and restroom which are well maintained. The hotel is situated in a quiet street you can barely hear any noise from outside. It is about 1 km or 3 blocks away from Asakusa train station (which has Ginza line going to Shibuya). I would recommend to eat, drink and shop in this market area near the Asakusa station before going to the hotel or before riding the train. Recommend clothing shop in this area is the POW clothing with really cool Japanese inspired jackets and shirts. Try also to check out the Tokyo kimono shoes nearby. It is near a temple as well so you can be touristy before heading back to hotel. There are convenience stores nearby like lawson and 7-11 eleven in case you feel hungry in the middle of the night. This is the place you would like to stay if you are out of the hotel most of the time doing touristy things in the city. I would not recommend this if you would like to stay in and expect a luxurious place.

The room layout could have been bigger or atleast a space to place our luggage easier but that does not affect the charm of the hotel.

The kindness of the staff especially Chihiro-chan..She was friendly and always give a smile whenever i see her..She will always give assistance if you need help..the location was in a quiet area of asakusa which was nice..Kobini stores was just a walk away..rooftop had a awesome view of Skytree which i took a video during countdown when it change colour welcoming the new year. I will come to stay here again!!🥰🥰

Although there was no restaurant,you can find food spot nearby. Room was a bit small but i don't mind..😊😊

The hotel was very clean, our room was very well thought out. I'd been a little worried about the size of the room when booking but as the room was so well thought out, there was enough space for the three of us. The view of Tokyo Skytree from our window and the roof terrace was beautiful. Having a fridge was great and free tea, coffee and water downstairs, plus the free ramen at 10pm were great additions. Good location too, easy walk to sites and tube stations.

I'm a bit traditional so I like a mini kettle. There was enough space to add this and a couple of mugs

Well equipped room with great projector function. Coffee machine and tea available at all times was a real bonus.

bed was pretty uncomfortable and room was particularly small even for Tokyo

Loved the projector and the front desk had all the amenities I needed. Bed was comfortable. Internet worked best out of the 4 hotels I've stayed at in Japan. Front desk spoke good English and we're able to answer any questions I had. room was clean.

Room is the smallest I've been in. Bathroom is so small the sink is in the bedroom area. The sinks sensor is also very touchy. Bathroom was about the size of a RV bathroom. No tub, just a shower

We booked this room with friend just to sleep between our travels around Tokyo and it matched our expectations. The rooms are on the smaller side, but if you want shower, bed and projector to watch something before you sleep its awesome value. Its also close to Tokyo Sky Tree for great night views ( Disney lights were awesome) and Sensoji.

The rooms could be a little bigger, which points to my 2nd thing that is 2 beds are put together because of mentioned space.

Terrific place where me and my partner stayed for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and the room was clean and orderly. Additionally, the view from the rooftop was great and the amenities on the ground floor(microwave, coffee/tea, kettle etc.) helped us out when we arrived, since we were too tired to go eat out. Overall a great experience!

The room was rather small, so we had to squeeze in our larger bags and we couldnt figure out how the projector works. But those were minor details that did not really bother us.

15 mins walk to Asakusa station in one direction, or the skytree in the other. We had a great view of the skytree from our room. Room was sparkling clean, modern, and yes, small. But for the price and location, I cannot complain about the room size. Free coffee, drinking water, and tea in the lobby was appreciated.

Room is small for two people with luggage.
