Very nice food for breakfast. Laundry mat, vending machine, desk, mini-fridge and communion space. Good size bath tub. Location is perfect train station is 3 mins walk. Quiet at night, thought you may hear people in the hallway, but other guests are generally pretty quiet. Akabane is very central location for catching the train into Tokyo, with multiply lines and even a JR office to buy bullet train ticket. Area is filled to the brim with places to eat, a Daiso and gatcha store.

The safe was bit small, so you can't fit a laptop in there. No guests allowed up to the room, but you an use the communal space. The shower system was a bit confusing to get the hot water going. The bed does take up quite a bit of room, so the space itself may feel pretty tight after build up in shopping.

Very nice hotel with a good breakfast and excellent value for money. It's located in a charming, traditional Tokyo neighborhood, a short walk from a JR line station.

Maybe the staff could be a bit more helpful. It's not impossible, but communication is hard since they speak very little English, even with a translation app. Still, this is Japan: you just have to go with the flow, enjoy it to the fullest, and rely on yourself, Google Maps and ChatGPT.

Akabane maybe less well known but it is a very good location at the north (kita) area. You don't have to worry about food even if you come back late. JR station is about 5min away and Tokyo underground station is about 15min away. You can travel easily to major Tokyo attractions in under 30mins. From Narita just transit at Nippori via Skyliner express train.

The pillow is a bit on the hard side and there is some plastic wrapper can be felt when you are resting. Suggest hotel stocks a softer pillow for guest selection.

Very Close to Jr station and convenient with many good restaurants and family mart. Bed was really big and room is spacious enough. The Room is clean and looks new. Worth to stay

The check in time was too late in 4pm, it is not so convenient if travelling with elders or young kids, strictly not allowed for early check in.. if hotel can make it earlier for check in or upon special request, then it would be perfect

Breakfast was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. This isnt great as because if you came to Japan to eat it will be hard to start the day with an empty stomach. Loved the friendliness of the staff and reception and how accommodative they were to our request. Location of the Hotel is also ideal as it is a 6 minute walk from the Umeda Station which is covered under JR pass. Also loved they have Laundry Facilities in the hotel so you can wash your clothes and not bring too many pairs of clothes for the trip.

They could clean the room or make the beds every day.

the staff was very welcoming, the location for me was amazing (less than 5-min walk to Akabane or Akabane-Iwabuchi stations). the surroundings got everything for a tourist time, lots of food/drinks places, entertainment and various services.

breakfast choices were a little repetitive during the week and the breakfast space was small so it got very crowded at times, nonetheless, everything i tried was delicious

In a short walk you get Akabane Station, what means in 18 minutes you are at Tokyo Station. There are many popular restaurants in the neighbourhood full of young people during the weekend. The hotel has washing machines close to the lobby, so you can fix your clothes if you're travelling for many days. Breakfast is simply awesome and the ladies taking care of food are kind and fast (even if they don't speak a word in English, not to say in Spanish!!).

I missed more sockets in the room. We were 3 people and my husband or me had to change the chargers at midnight to be sure that smartphone, smartwatch, ipad and the wifi device were fully charged.

i like that it has free breakfast for everyone.

i just didn't like that we had to walk far to a different location only to find out that it was not the hotel we will be staying the staff said the address was not updated.

Very clean. Location is convenient - very close to the station with all kinds of shops around. Staff are friendly and helpful. Supply all necessities. Breakfast quite good.

Nothing awful. It’s just not a luxury hotel which is fair for its price. No extra recreational facilities like gym or swimming pool. Doesn’t offer daily room cleaning. No drinks or tea available in room.
