Location, could access everywhere we needed to go by train. Station one was 4 minutes walk other was 10 minutes plenty of food places nearby. Microwave in dining area to heat your 711 food. Convenience stores are on just about every corner and some. It had every toiletry item available as well as PJ's and slippers. Free drinks every evening was a bonus as was breakfast. Breakfast was basic to start the day, cereal and croissants for us but there was Asian food as well. I found the Beds comfortable, room was small but was expected. We had 3 people in room beds were together so had to separate so we didn't have to climb over each other when needing to go to bathroom. Bathroom was small but that is how it is in Japan Was wheelchair friendly, had lifts

The hotel is very close to the station. The breakfast line is pretty good and delicious especially croissants. Happy hours sevice is also very nice. Many amenities to be pick for free. And I love that we don't need key card to enter our room. Using password is very convenient.

The breakfast time is too short, ending at 9.00 am but my family gets up quite rate. Also, it will be better if hotel provides boild eggs instead of raw eggs. The room is very small especially the bathroom. When I make a reservation, the room is described as 23 square meter. But in my opinion, the room is much smaller than that.

The breakfast and evening drinks were great, free drinks every evening. Also enjoyed the free facemasks and lotions available. Located close to the station which was very handy with kids. Very lively at night but not as overwhelming as Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc.

The rooms were slightly smaller, but probably expected of Tokyo and we hardly spent any time at the hotel room anyway since we were exploring the whole day.

The location was perfect; right next to the station and near many convenience stores and restaurants. The staff were very professional and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had in my life! And the nighttime open bar in the lobby was a very nice touch after a long day of sightseeing.

My only complaint was that the room was a little small for me, my wife and our two children, but it's Tokyo, so I wasn't expecting anything very big. Also, the bed itself was a little stiff, but not too bad.

We loved this hotel- everything from the location near JR Akabane station to the big bath on the 3rd floor to the welcome drinks (every night for those so inclined!) along with friendly staff made our stay perfect. Our family walked through the station each day to find places to eat in the evening and there were endless choices. Our 8-year old son loved Japan's family restaurants (ex. Gusto & Jonathan's) as they had cat-faced robots serving the food and easy to operate tablet menus in English!

The hotel is in a very good location, only a couple of minutes from the railway station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, all the facilities were clean and the breakfast was delicious. The laundry room is very handy, and we could relax in the spa after a long day trip.

The room was a little bit too small. It was just okay for us, but it was a bit difficult to store our luggages. The bed was a bit too hard.

Breakfast, Welcome drink (with alcohol) and Hot spring are very awesome. The hotel is very close to Akabane station. Moreover, there’s a lot restaurants and shopping center around there but the location isn’t too crowded. The hotel also provided amenities kits including pajamas for free.

The room is very small. So, it might hard to adjust the luggage stuff.

I loved all the extra amenities, the staff was amazing, the entire place smelled lovely, and the hot pool on the 3rd floor was awesome.

The hotel is situated near a red district, so women walking around at night might feel uncomfortable. We had a room with 2 twin beds and a sofa, and there was barely any space to move.

Great location. It’s nearby train station and there’s a nearby shopping mall. The hotel is very clean with good amenities. My kids loved the public bath.

They don’t have that much food choices during breakfast. We stayed there for 6 days and they offered the same food everyday.

The location was less than a few minutes from the station, right across Family Mart and close to Isumaru(fav restaurant).

We liked everything. How we wished that if only they can extend their breakfast hours till 10:30 so that we didn't have to wake up so early. But everything else was great!
