The lack of information letting me know the many ways to use my room key is my only complaint but other than unsolving the mystery maze we were very comfortable.

Location is great, about a 7-minute walk from train station - when taking west exit from station, walk along the skywalk (1 level up), through Sogo Dept Store, then down onto street level, you'll see the hotel. Plenty of amenities, restaurants around. New, great staff, comfortable, clean, spacious (especially the bathroom).

Limited dining facilities at the moment - only one restaurant with simple menus - as renovation not complete but that doesn't deter us as there're plenty other eateries around.

The hotel is still very new, super clean, large rooms by Japan standards, especially the bathroom, amazing view. Nice being able to control the lights from the bed. Aircon was really good. Plenty of power outlets and USB outlets. Very fast wifi. All of the staff were lovely. Location was great on the quieter side of Omiya. It was only a 5 minute walk to Omiya station.

Very clean, exceptional bath and view. Staff were polite and confident, English was great. A 10 min walk to the station and close to many shops.

The laundry was lacking. Washing was ok, but using the same machine to dry only made the clothes more damp. We dried our clothes 1hr in the machine but still wet so we ended up drying them in room.

The room was very clean , the facility smells good , did I mention that it was clean? The staff is receptive and very helpful. This is state of the art hotel, with a wonderful restaurant as well, there is nothing not to like. The style and and the service get a 5 star rating.

Good room size for the price, short walk to Omiya station, friendly staff. No trouble leaving luggage during the day after checkout (there is an automated self-service locked luggage storage - never seen anything like it before; very convenient and safe).

Met my expectations and was a great hotel to stay at, and also convenient and had even a view of Mount Fuji.

The reception was located on the 14th floor which was abit confusing to begin with.

I don’t know why the cleaner don not sweep the room in the last one cleaning. I think the training of cleaners is needed to be better.

Clean, close to eki, breakfast was nice

No sauna or spa. Also there is no shuttle bus access to Narita at least near Omiya ststion

The breakfast could be improved. Many food that should be hot, were cold too.
