The staff was very friendly and helpful, they're available 24h/day. When my own Japanese failed they were nice to find an online translator. They offer free hygiene products, bathrobes and more.

It wasn't clear what the earliest check out time was, but I checked out around 9am no problem :)

Good location, near shopping street, a lot of food and shopping mall around, near the train station. Staff was nice and helpful, they can speak English well.

Good location in Omiya, close enough to Tokyo and sightseeing in Saitama. We were able to visit the Train Museum very easily!

Really not clean at all. The top sheets smelled like unwashed hair and oil, with little short hairs embedded into the bed on top of that. Smelled like someone spilled cologne on the floor.

It is a very basic room to stay for a night. Nothing is special nor amazing but convenient if you are taking a train that leaves in the early morning.

Location was great being close to the train station with lots of interesting shopping and food available nearby. The standard of cleanliness is superb. On site coin laundry a plus.

Not a good choice for a western couple traveling with luggage. No space to put anything. Double bed too close to the wall at the foot making it very difficult to get out if you are the one next to the wall.
