Stayed at the hotel before taking the Shinkansen- so the location is perfect for this purpose but it is far from main attractions in Tokyo. We also enjoyed a nearby park with great cherry blossom. The room was clean, modern. Enough space. Many toiletries were provided including face cleanser and lotion etc. There are self service lockers if you want to travel luggage free before/after check in/out

Close to station, clean,modern, comfortable.

Convenient location with luggage storage facility. Excellent breakfast. Complimentary drinks and amenities at lobby area. Space planning in the room was well thought through with sufficient power points and space. The massage cushion was a big bonus!

Be careful not to leave the bathroom door in lock position and close the door from the outside when you’re done, because the door will not be able to be opened!

So close to Omiya Station and the shopping around the station. Also easy to get to the new train for travel to the Railroad museum. Bath is a nice touch, enjoyed that.

Breakfast organization was a bit off, food selection okay. Super narrow space so ….

The staff at the front desk and café were very helpful. Hotel design gives out a very positive and calming vibes. It is very near Omiya train station which makes my travelling very pleasant and smooth. The breakfast spread was fantastic. The public hot bath was very clean and well equipped. The stay at Ref Omiya by Vessel Hotels makes my trip very memorable.

I really like the cleanness of the hotel and the welcome drinking session. It would be better if the welcome drinking session is available in the morning. The public bathroom is also great and very clean. They provide Dyson hair dryers. They also provide free lotion, toothpaste, etc.

The welcome drink session is only available from 2PM to 11 PM. I really like to have some hot water in the morning so that doesn't work. The room is a little bit small but OK for one person stay.

I loved the onsen. One of the front desk ladies gave me stickers for my tattoos so I could cover them and go in the onsen and I really appreciated it. Also Andrew is the best front desk guy ever. In Andrew we trust. He was very helpful

Right next to the train, nice room and an amazing onsen.

One staff member was a bit rude, and made a mistake when telling us the price for extending our stay by an additional night, which made us pack quickly in the same morning of our check out instead of staying.

The best location, friendly facilities provided and comfy room especially superior type. This encourages us to extend one more night at REF!. The breakfast is superb! Staff are nice and helpful. Special thanks to くぼ for her effort and hospitality to assist us during check-in. We enjoy staying at REF and will surely think of REF as one of great choices to stay.

The location was conveniently near the station and a good base when attending events at SSA. They made it more special with a welcome sign for guests staying for the Gamers Fes over the weekend.
