Clean and mostly comfortable! The staff did what they could to accomodate my limited Japanese and their limited English, and I appreciated it. There's an Italian restaurant next door that also holds a buffet breakfast if you pay extra.

Location was a bit far from the station. There's a bus that goes from Omiya station to the hotel though, so if you have your IC card you'll be fine, unless you come back after 11, as the buses stop around then. The hotel can organise a shuttle bus for you, but it doesn't go on Mondays.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Facilities were great - there's even a microwave on first floor as well as free coffee and tea, and they provide free bath bombs to use. There's also free shuttle service to and from Omiya station on workdays, which were helpful. Room was also clean and not overly cramped.

The only slight inconvenience is the hotel's not very close to the train station and the public bus there is not very frequent.

I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve stayed at the property. Good price, great service and all the amenities you could need for a short stay. Would recommend it to anyone looking up hotels in the Omiya area! Super convenient if you travel by car.

A modest and affordable hotel, that offers outstanding service quality and comfort for the price you pay. The staff are helpful and attentive, and rooms have pretty much everything you would need.

It’s not the easiest to get to if you’re a non-Japanese speaker using public transport.

I regularly stay at this property. Unpretentious yet outstanding, I can have the peace of mind that I’ll have a good rest at this hotel. Will stay again in the near future!

Very friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel was exactly what I needed for a short one night stay in Saitama. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable - perfect for this price range.

It was a bit of a walk from the station, but I knew that when I booked, so no problem and no complaints. It is, however, only a short taxi ride, whilst the hotel also offers a shuttle service if you book ahead, so overall pretty good.
