Big room and the king bed can sleep 3 adults ! Laundry, hot bath, smart TV. And staff is friendly.

Vending machine doesn’t have a lot of varieties. Probably the hotel needs to teach foreign guests about the hot bath culture . I saw one Asian women bringing whole bath towel into the spa pool , and on second day some western girls washing their hair in the pool and I found 3 long hair in the pool on that day which really made me uncomfortable. Probably hotel can provide some coffee even drip coffee will be appreciated instead of only some tea bags.

The location is exceptional, the beds were comfortable and the staff were amenable to our requests via the booking platform as well as in person. The front desk staff was proficient in English could advise us in Conversational English.

The cleaning staff are nice. However, if you indicated that you wanted cleaning, you are unable to amend the option past 8am. The cleaning staff will make you leave your room by 11am. Very minor point but it did not mar the experience. My circumstance was that my partner was suddenly ill and needed more rest that particular day.

The hotel was a quick walk to and from Omiya station (within 10 minutes) which means easy access to lots of malls, restaurants and several convenience stores. The room itself felt very luxurious and the on-site bath was a huge bonus. Just across the street is a wonderful park for kids to play with a bakery that has the most pleasant aroma and fluffy bread. The hotel also offers coin-based laundry machines, some vending machines and a microwave on the spa floor.

The area is very metropolitan. There aren't any grocery stores nearby but this wasn't a deal breaker. There are literally 4 combinis on the same block. Just needed to be a little more flexible.

Everything!!! The staff was wonderful, the hotel clean and beautiful. There was an ice machine in our floor. The bed was huge and comfortable. The spa was great and clean, offering organic shampoo, body soap and conditioner. There is a washing machine which is very convenient. Nearby, there is a large choice of restaurants. It is exceptionally quiet in the bedroom. Thank you for such a fantastic stay.

Coffee in the room (there was only green tea) would be amazing. I could buy a ice coffee bottle in the vending machine next to the spa, though. Parking was always full.

A very new hotel with excellent rooms and a great onsen bath at the top floor. The rooms have a very nice modern design, the bed and pillows are great, bathroom has a nice bath/shower, and the lounging sofas are a great addition. Fridge and kettle, and you get your amenities (including tea) from the reception area. I loved the entire set-up of this hotel, it’s good for business trips but also for leisure, it’s close to the station, has a restaurant at the bottom of the building (didn’t try that one, but has good reviews) and convini stores nearby. It was my first time in Omiya and it’s a good place to visit if you’re a tourist, and I can recommend this hotel to make your stay feel perfect.

There was nothing that I didn’t like, but from now on I’m going to use this space (and I’ve written many reviews of hotels around Asia) to ask the hotels to cut down on plastic. Free toothbrushes and slippers will end up in a landfill and it’s not enough to offer environmental services like not cleaning towels or linen, if you’re still not offering solutions to the use of plastics.

Room is good, clean and private. Location is good, surround by convinience stores, shopping mall and shopping street, transportation.

Service staffs have low level of management. Breakfast is good but not variety, same menu everyday. Staff cannot communicate in English well and not explain any benifit to foreigner guests. Breakfast need to wait for the queue over an hour (for 5 stars hotel this is unacceptable) and staff does not tell guest that they need to reserve the seat day before. Too much confusion with staff while stay at the hotel.

Excellent stay. Decent value for money, all the essentials provided. The room was average size for a business hotel but had a sofa as well. Staff were courteous, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was good quality, up to standard for a Japanese hotel. Would recommend.

For this price point, it was excellent. No major complaints - some bits here and there that I can’t remember. Only complaint was I did not have the opportunity to use the onsen - I arrived late and departed early!!!

This was one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed in in my life. The view from up high was unreal. The room looked like something out of a movie. The public bath was huge and the perfect place to relax. It’s well situated and surrounded by lots of cool shops. The bed was what dreams are made of and supremely comfortable. You have the option to pay in yen or your local currency which I found flexible and convenient. They have plenty of luxurious amenities available up front. I felt like royalty. I lucked out and my room was a discount for a last minute stay. If you want to spoil yourself, this is the place.

I, unfortunately, did not get the chance to try the buffet because of the high demand.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from Omiya Station. After we checked out, we realized we had accidentally left behind my son's pillow. I reached out to the hotel, and their responses were always prompt and courteous. When I returned to pick it up, they had even vacuum-wrapped it to keep it clean and protected. We really appreciated the thoughtful service!

Convenient location. Within walking distance from Omiya Station. Served by two convenience stores at two streets across the road. Remember to stick the "MAKE UP THE ROOM" magnet to the door before 11am. Staff will clean the room and change the towels. Otherwise, no service. The reception/lobby was on the 13th floor. Amenities like cotton tips/pads, razor, comb and tea were self collect there. Spa, open bath and sauna were at 14/f. Remember to bring towel and room card for access. Breakfast was on 13/f. From 6.30am to 9.30am. Three 1-hour sessions interval. Do prepare for a queue. A lot of food choices with good quality. Delicious.

The only drawback was the room cards. We stayed 2 nights but they were mal function for 3 times.
