The staff were great and the location was good. It’s a good area and there are lots of good places to eat and some beautiful walks.

If you’re looking to spend a lot of time in central Tokyo, it’s 45 minutes by train. The room was very small. It was recommended to stay by a friend. If you’re on a tight budget, it’s good. We wouldn’t stay there again purely because of the tightness of the room.

Rooms and bathroom are small but well organized. Breakfast we very good every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most staff did not speak english, some did, but everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and productive. We plan to stay here again when we return to the area.

Close to Higashikurume station. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Very clean.

Bed was extremely hard. Shower was a pain because the water temperature constantly changed and had to be readjusted.

The location is great, only 2-3 minutes walk from the train station. There are convenient stores, supermarkets, drug stores within short walking distance from the hotel.

I did not feel welcomed by the reception staff, but also not particularly bothered by it.

Yummy japanese breakfast, room very clean. Good location right next to the train station and near our friends house.

The hotel did not have a transport or could not arrange hotel transport to do airport transfers.

Love how close this was to the station. It had everything. If people are looking for something a bit further out of the city, this is perfect.
