Everything was good. We booked a standard room. It was comfortable. We had requested for an extra bed and the hotel provided us immediately after we checked in. Washroom was clean. Toiletries were provided. T.V. was working. Room service was good. The staff were very friendly. Elevator worked well. It was spacious too. Corridors were clean too. There is a restaurant downstairs and a cool cafe on the topmost floor which sees new guests every day. Restaurant food was delicious and wholesome. Prices were reasonable. Breakfast was complementary and it was scrumptious. The location is in the heart of the city so it's near to all the important points, whether Railway station or Airport. Its a calm neighbourhood without all the traffic noises. The hotel also has contact number of travel agency who provides vehicles on time when asked for. Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay.

The only thing was the breakfast could be served a bit earlier or may be on time I.e. at 8 AM sharp, so that it would be easier for people to grab a bite before they leave for their morning flight or train. Otherwise, there wasn't anything to complain about.

I like the space of the room. it was good. The staff was polite and they were there to help me out whenever I wanted. Their restraunt food was amazing. You must try their mocktails and chicken 65

TV was not working and there was no sofa as it was mentioned in the description. The room was not precleaned even I requested them before my checkin.

They provide a great and comfortable stay. All staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Their restaurant serves good food. One thing I felt as exceptionally good is their complementary breakfast. It was really yum and also there are a few options to choose from. They also have a rooftop cafe with nice ambience.

The hotel is in the main business district of Raipur. They serve excellent breakfast with a large choice. Staff is very cooperative and the Room Service is fast. This is a value for money place and is highly recommended from our end. I would consider staying in Golden I if there is occasion to visit Raipur again

WiFi could be better but I presume this may be due to the local network issues. If possible this area could be improved.

All equipments- geyser, AC, lights available at hotel were in good working condition. Furniture, apperance of room and ambience was good. Cleanliness was also good.

Room & washroom were properly cleaned but bedsheet and blanket cover seemed to be not changed since previous checkout. However on calling the reception, the staff responded positively and changed the same promptly and also apologized for the same during checkout.

Reachable location near station, medical college, within budget, good service and breakfast, having seperate chargeable lounge if you want to enjoy. Has a celebration hall too. If you like non veg food just come out, there's chatori choupati, playing area, biryani, kabab ,bars and what not within walkable distance

No Tea/coffee maker, geyser not instant, took some time for hot water pouring. Morning tea even if you call at room, it's chargeable

The food is awesome 👍, also the hotel is located at the heart of city. The breakfast was also good.

I feel the interior of room may be made more beautiful. Also, in passage the carpeting may be done. Most Important and worth mentioning is the railing for stairs at basement because presently it is accident prone.

Everything about the hotel was very good as per the price for a nights stay. Rooms were of decent size and were pretty clean. AC was working well . Room service was very fast and courteous. Staff was very cooperative. Food was very tasty and the price was very justifiable. Washrooms were very clean. Location was average. Overall its a great budget hotel for family , friends, business travellers and solo travellers. Would recommend it to everyone

Everything was great. I just felt that the staff should include toothpaste in the toiletries. I forgot to take mine and it was not provided. That’s it

The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is responsive but late and overall really worth the price point.

Breakfast was limited and no geyser water in shower. There should be provision of electric kettle in the room.
