This was the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Korea and Japan. The room was large and airy, with a large en suite, and good shower, more like a western hotel. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. The location is ok, near shops and restaurants but a bit away from the cable car etc. Weirdly this hotel was built in a so-called tourist hub, but all the adjoining hotels in the area are shut down.

While I think I was the only westerner in the hotel and the staff spoke little or no English, and appeared to have very little dealings with western tourists but they made no effort to be friendly or helpful, didn't even acknowledged "Good Morning" when I greeted them at breakfast. It's a shame as I really enjoyed the hotel otherwise.

Location was great: very close to The Ocean Water Park and 15 min. away from the Art Land etc. The view from our suite, which was a bridge over the sea helped us to start a pleasant day. Hotel room was neat; the staff was kind and friendly. You will be surprised by the assortment of the breakfast for a good price. Overall, we had all the comfort we could get while staying at hotel Narsha. Yes, we would definitely come back here.

The room was great with a very large and comfortable bed and a lovely view over the bay.

Breakfast was not very good. Strange mixture of Korean and American with neither done very well.

Room and Bathroom were well appointed. In fact, our room had two toilet/bidets and sinks. Everything was perfect. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good - not great, but satisfying.

As a hotelier myself, I have no complaints.

Honestly I always check the cleanliness of the bedsheet and I was so amazed that there was no even a single dirt/dust on it. Great job!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind. The hotel is in front of the sea, but you need to walk around 15 min to the beach. The view is amazing.

Amazing breakfast, great service. Very clean and modern room. Very close to restaurants and convenience stores.

The location isn't particularly convenient for many of Yeosu's sites.

Excellent ratio quality/price. Very nice rooms.
