Quiet location, half hour drive to Brugge and Gent and 45 min to Antwerpen. We are with 5 . Rooms for us was upstairs. Small stairs up but not too bad. Room is nice and spacy . Bathroom is large. Happy there are place to keep toiletry bags. Breakfast is excellent, many variety for a small hotel. The owner does his best to refill when needed. Plus point airco in the summer time. Overall, highly recommend.

You can't use the bathtub. There is no drain plug for the bathtub. Only shower. The separate shower room is dark. So advice to bring a torchlight, we did just that. The towels are thining and old. High time to change but still okay if you don't mind.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was helpful and willing to provide additional coffee cups as needed. Ample parking space. Idyllic place with places to walk around. The biggest plus point is that it is easily accessible to both Ghent and Bruges.

They had provided a hot water kettle in one of the rooms and would have been great if our second room also had it. Maybe he would have given if I had asked. So, its really not a big issue. Also, pls do mention in your hotel facilities that you provide a hot water kettle - it is a plus point for the amenities in your rooms.

-Perfect location, very close to all touristic destinations in North Belgium. -Big and cosy room. -It had everyhting. -Very helpful and nice owner, he was everywhere. -Free parking. -Nice breakfast. -If I visit Belgium again I will visit for sure this hotel again.

-Only some minor things that are not important, like lighting in the room or the heating that needed some time to heat the room (air condition). -Personally I had no problem, but I feel that if the hotel is fully booked, the parking place will not be enough or the parking procedure will become difficult because the space is limited. But the owner is here again to fix every problem!

A lovely clean and cosy property that is a short walk from the town. Marcel was a gentleman, welcomed us to our rooms and was on hand if we needed him. He went out of his way to be of assistance during our stay and we really appreciated that. The breakfast was amazing, fresh and a great variety. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Breakfast was good- the host kept an eye at all times and replenished as needed. Fresh fried and scrambled eggs. The family room was a good size and was cleaned everyday.

The curtains were quite short so the room stayed bright. Some longer curtains or blackout blinds would have been useful. Some new pillows would be a welcome addition.

The hotel is very nice and clean, and marcel is very nice and pleasent. We stayed on the big room in the top floor, which was more then enough to our family (2 adults + 3 kids). The breakfast was great also.

Some of the maintenance of the room was not so very good... The cabinet door of minibar was broken. The door handle was loose... not enough places to hang a wet towel to dry.... nothing sirius, but could be better. The parking is a bit tricky when the hotel is full. There is no grocery store or restaurants in a short walking distance

Breakfast was very good with a variety to choose from. Rooms were kept clean, beds and pillows were comfy. Staff accommodated for our needs and were very helpful.

Parking was not what I expected but we were able to work it out.

We arrived much later than expected, still our host was there waiting for us with a smile. Everything was very clean and we had all comfort needed. Many places to park, nice terrace to enjoy the fresh air and relax a bit. Woke up with a nice and more diverse than expected breakfast. The host is super nice and takes care of all guests. Very easy to get to the location and really good if you want to be in the Brugge area. Really recommend.

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, shading worked perfectly. The breakfast was excellent, made of high quality ingredients. The owner was very nice, even though we arrived late at night, there was no problem. He takes good care of his guests. Most of the equipment is robust, enough space even for the family of five. It was surprisingly good.

The only small minus is that this big room for five is close to the main road and you can hear the cars a bit. On the other hand, this same road allows you to get everywhere quickly.

It feels like a family-run small roadside hotel, cosy and friendly. The big family room is very spacious and has a bathtub. Great breakfast included. Nice restaurants a short drive away.

The parking is space is a bit crowded but that's very minor nuisance.
