You had to pay for water, no free refill station and they only give you 1 - 250mL bottle per day then 50 pesos per bottle after that. Not sustainable for the environment giving out that much plastic and very easy to put a refill station on each floor so people don’t have to pay for water.

Secure location and quiet to get some good sleep.Walkable to nearby shopping, Thai massage, vegetarian indian food and okai okai shopping.

I miss having free breakfast included like I've been given staying here in the past. The shower tub design is a bit dangerous and could use some safety anti slip floor mats

The hotel is in a good location near places to eat and get groceries. The restaurant on the roof of the hotel is wonderful. The food is really good and the view from the rooftop is amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

I had two rooms and one room was fine but the other rooms aircon didn't work very good. It worked but it took a long time for it to cool the room and that happened every time that you left the room because when you leave the room and take the key card, the rooms electricity is shut off automatically. Other than that, the hotel was great.

The staff are friendly and the hotel itself was very cozy and situated in a great location. The layout of the room is also good and spacious. The hotel is located near the famous Tatang's Lechon and Tamp Cafe across was really good. They were accommodating to our requests and even provided us with extra amenities upon our request. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Cebu, and maybe try eating at their restaurant and cafe when we have more time.

I have requested to check-in earlier through the app but there was no information available that it costs 1000 pesos to check-in before 2pm. I could've prepared for that because we came from an early flight, I was left with no choice but to purchase on the spot.

The beds, pillows and blankets were comfy. Bathroom had excellent water pressure (we stayed in the 10th floor) and heating system. Water quality was also nice, my hair was soft after washing. Very good location. So many good restaurants nearby. Internet was superb.

Executive room comes with very high bath tub that is inaccessible to PWD's / people with low mobility. They have deluxe rooms that are morw PWD accessible but I wish this was made transparent in the room descriptions. Breakfast buffet had so-so selection and took a while to be refilled. For Php 450, would have enjoyed breakfast more at the nearby cafes.

Close to the popular IT park. Friendly staff. Simple rooms. Rooftop bar/restaurant. Comfortable bed. Extremely affordable.

Our room was in need of repair. The one tiny window was barely covered with a roller shade that was falling off the wall and didn't block the early morning light. Half completed paint touch ups were everywhere. Shower head was corroded over. Don't get me wrong, our room wasn't disgusting, it just wasn't great. But it's extremely affordable so it was ok.

I like the view from the roof deck while having the breakfast buffet. The receptionists are friendly and very accommodating. The guards are very polite and always offer help. The room is clean and has a complete toiletry.

The towels are not white anymore, maybe they need to change their towels or use better detergent to remove some stains. Yello Hotel has been my go-to hotel since 2021, but lately, they always put me on the 2nd floor and when I requested a different floor to see a better view I was told no more rooms available.

Got a free room upgrade courtesy of my booking account. Location is excellent. Near malls, restaurants and even laundry shops. Room size is not that big but this is understandable since this is a boutique hotel. Room cleaning is done everyday and they restock water and toiletries and provide a new set of towels. Beds while single in size comfortable. Pillows are conformable as well. Buffet breakfast is served. Nothing stellar but decent varied choices. Overall, good stay.

Wifi can be slow at times. During our stay renovation of one of the restaurant is ongoing and somehow the sound from the construction can be heard as a background in the sound system of the hotel in our conference room.

Very clean. Friendly young staff. Very nice rooftop restaurant and bar. Good breakfast buffet but lacked cereal and cold fresh milk.

Odd room layout. Separate toilet and shower with a sink in the main room. I prefer all 3 things together in one room. Bad lighting in the room. My WiFi never connected properly in my room so I had to rely on my mobile data.

It was so quiet and peaceful. I specifically loved my room. Not too small, not big. So clean. Breakfast is my favorite part of my everyday meal and I was so so satisfied with their breakfast buffet. I also loved how near Watson's was from the hotel. 😁

I wasn't happy with my door lock. Every time I go outside, I needed to go to the reception area which means I needed to use the elevator to and fro to ask for help because my door lock didn't wanna read my key card. I am pregnant so it was a hassle for me. I also wish they have a telephone or whatever that lets us have an easier way to contact the receptionist/s for some assistance. I booked a standard room only so I dunno if they have it in other upgraded rooms. Nevertheless, my stay was awesome.
