The location is perfect for those looking to stay near Mongkollit Tunnel or Clock Tower! I would highly recommend staying here if you are a runner like me that plan to participate in Betong UTMB race. The tunnel or starting point of the race is just about 5-minute walk from the hotel! All the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful too and some of them can speak Mandarin. They even come out to greet us when we arrived at the hotel and help us unload the luggage from my car. Large lobby with comfortable sofas and ample parking space at the front and back of hotel. There are western food and Chinese restaurant next to the hotel, if it's raining you can just walk there without getting wet.

On weekend nights can hear noises from nearby pub/karaoke. It's not really loud, so if you are very tired, it wouldn't bother you and can still fall asleep easily.

Location was just nice and is next to famous Boat Noodles store. It was an amazing stay and is my family preferred place to stay during our annual visit to Betong since many years back. Love it that there is a playground for my little one.

Some of the rooms are facing a night club and is blasting so much noise till midnight 2 - 3am. Some wasn't affected due to the layout of the hotel. Some of the facilities in the playground were spoiled and required a bit maintenance and refurbishment.

Overall good

I suggest the hotel improve their early check-in process. Before arriving, I had already informed the management about my early arrival, but they still did not allow me to check in early. I reached the hotel at 5:00 AM and had to wait until 2:00 PM to check in. This was quite inconvenient. Please consider improving this process in the future. Other than that, everything else was very good.

Walking distance to city centre via the tunnel. The place was bright and clean. Good air-conditioning system. Friendly staff; no language barrier. Staff, Ha, was extremely resourceful. We extended our stay in Betong and stayed at the same hotel. There were plenty of car parks at the hotel.

There was a bit of noise from outside, but it did not affect us.

location is near few rows of shops within walking distance to 7 eleven and other convenience shop and restaurant

We arrived early and was attended by the short hair lady at the counter who can speak Chinese Mandarin quiet fluent .We were allowed to check in earlier than usual time. the staffs were very friendly .The twin bed room and toilet was clean with comfortable bed and pillows, We stayed for 2 days , and for sure will come back again in near future . We have posted the hotel photos in our friend and family group chat . For sure we will recommend them to stay in this hotel with reasonable price around RM 200 per night .

Room big very clean and comfortable, but the room floor is slippery. Water pressure great. Hotel staff friendly and nicely. Parking safe just near lobby. Hotel Gong Tong Restaurant food very nice and delicious especially the salted eggs petai👍And the singer very friendly and very good sounds.👍👍👍👍👍

There is a small indoor playground for my kids at lift lobby. The room is clean and they provide some snacks in the room. Bed is comfortable and there is 7-11 nearby and massage shop opposite. I had an hour foot massage for 250baht only. The staff are friendly and helpful, they assist to arrange the transport to skywalk for us

The location is a little far from the town if you were to walk. Can get tuktuk for 20baht per pax to bring you back to the hotel. There was a drunk man knocked our door in the wee hours.

opposite of the hotel is a few of ktvs and bars, do expect noise in night time, it last until 1-2 AM, loud music. footsteps and noise can be easily heard from walk way and other rooms, bath room drain is flooded abit

The room is very comfortable, nice design and wide enough for us to move around and pray. The staff was very friendly to ask about anything, especially through booking messenger , reply within 15 minutes (request masseuse, transportation to Skywalk, motorbike rent and all)

The area was quite noisy at night as they have karaoke place near the hotel, you can heard people sang and the music vibration DUM DUM DUM DUM from you room at 12pm . The area is not really muslim friendly bcause the restaurant around (walkable area) mostly is Chinese. If u have transportation no problems, the muslim restaurant around all less than 10min drive.
