Love the ambience,the care they take to address the guests and the location which is right smack in the mid of town.

Rooms are properly maintained but the hotel is old. Hallways and lifts needs some refurbishment but like I said,it is maintained properly. Parking is the biggest worry if the hotel is running full occupancy.

We have high floor n big room w/ sofa, gud view, location is d best, fud is everywhere

Receptionist no smile face, building is old, but maintenance still ok. Have to put passport if u dont want to put deposit, breakfast not much variety

Quite an old hotel that needs refreshing, expensive for Betong. Have to pay for bottled water.

Breakfast on THB 180, able add bed & early check in, nice scenery as stay at high floor, connecting room

The room was spacious. The pool was big. The shower pressure was good. Free and easy parking.

The mattress was hard. The pillow was hard too.

The location is superb. Very near to night market, cafe and there is 7-11 nearby in walking distance.

The staff was rude and she yelled at us when we checked out.

the swimming pool area is a bit odd. Not very clean & not comfortable. the extra blanket & mineral waters need to be charged in bill

Hotel location is good and comfortable. Around the hotel got many restaurant to enjoyed the foods

Nothing didn't I feel as long as everything is meet my expectation.
