The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet with comfortable firm beds. The location is good, and there is a DQ next door and a McDonald's down the road. We had a great stay for just 1 night, the room was large with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The soaps and creams provided were high quality, which was lovely.

The decor was dated, we didn't have a great first impression when pulling up. Some windows on the main floor had blankets covering the windows from workers staying as long-term renters, so we were a bit put off by that. The restaurant is also closed down, so it looks a bit derelict. We were happy we gave it a try as it was a bit of a diamond in the rough! It also felt good to support local, rather than a large corporate chain.

I'm not sure if there was a elevator there i did not see one The hotel is dated in regards to carpet/bedding/curtains etc. This does not affect the hotel in any way but eventually could freshen up the appearance 😉 .

After several long days visiting Canadian Icefields & villages, we arrived at our destination, Best Seven Inn. We were greeted by the manager & made to feel very welcome as well as meeting a local gentleman who kindly gave us milk & some cool drinks. We were most comfortable in our room & we applaud the staff for keeping an older property up to standard. Many thanks from Mr & Mrs Horsman.

Most Canadian & American properties provide largely for coffee drinkers & it’s not often that just black tea bags & milk are provided. However this is something that may be considered for Australian & English guests as well as other tea drinkers.

Incredibly friendly front desk and very clean.

Friendly staff, welcoming environment, White and clean bedsheets and towels, serene and peaceful. I was my first time of seeing those tiny Dove bar soaps, I loved them. Thank you.

The mattress was firm and comfortable.

The stairs to the second floor are covered in carpet and looked like they needed some work. Metal edging strips that were applied were not completely straight and therefore looked unsafe.

The interior and exterior room doors. The comforter and pillows were comfy. The manager was kind and helpful. They did room service and relished daily.

The manager was very nice and even carried our luggage uo to the second floor where our room was. He also made sure the air-conditioning was on so our room was very comfortable which was great becaus it over 30C.l

The location is great just off the highway near a dairy queen, check in time was perfect for people getting off the bus coming south. Room had 2 doors one to outside and one to lobby, had an exercise room and laundry. The TV service was better then most hotels I stayed at, wifi was private you had access to your own router. Coffee that was provided allowed for extra people unlike most hotels. The room itself has a cottage feel or small home. The manager was extremely nice.

The air conditioning was broken at the time, however it wasn't that hot and was provided with a fan which worked well.

The location was perfect, easy to find . The bed was comfortable.

The curtains are always a problem, they never close as tight as we would like.
