The location was beautiful, It was my first time in culiacan, I will remember it as a good memory. The view from the restaurant over the city was amazing The food was great and the place was very clean

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer. The only thing the confused me was how to find the room in the 800s other then that it's an amazing hotel

When we arrived the air conditioning was not on and it felt very hot when we entered the room,the rest was excellent,thank you.

Staff is friendly and always helpful. The views of the city are amazing. The hotel grounds are green, lushful and private. Great view from the pool.

This location is in a beautiful setting of Culiacan. Not only the great view, the admirable Lomita of Guadalupe, the exceptional waterfall and animals on site. Great for kids. Not to mention the great service from Ceasar in the Restaurant they are awesome. Will definitely return.

I didn't like that we traveled on the day of Guadalupe and the roads were closed it was headache to locate parking, where i had to walk for a permit to access to the top level of parking. However it is understanding.

Included breakfast was pitiful, especially when a decent buffet was available but a extra charge of $130 pesos. My 4 year old was counted as a guest, even though at check in we were told he was free for breakfast. First time staying, but will not stay again due to attitude of restaurant manager. Many other places to stay for same or better rate.

Breakfast was poor, the double beds are small and cheap bedding. Not a 4*
