Our sea view suite had amazing views, it was beautiful and very comfortable. The Spa and Turkish bath was excellent and we absolutely enjoyed the experience. We loved the hotel and it was great value for money

The room was booked for 3 people but they only supplied towels, bathrobes, sleepers and toiletries for 2 people. We had to request through Reception to supply bedding clothes for the third guest and had to call later on to chase it, as it took well over an hour for someone to bring them to the room. This was about 11.30 pm, so it was not a good service to make us have to wait for so long so late at night. The quality and variety of selection of the food at breakfast should be improved, specially the hot food and fresh fruit. It felt we were in the dining room of a private hospital, as there were many people with hair bandages from hair implants which was very unpleasant

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, the excellent hotel amenities, and the wonderful swimming pool, health club, and 15th floor restaurant. The location of your hotel was also fantastic, with the Hill Town Mall conveniently located nearby. This allowed me to easily do some shopping and exploration during my free time. The hospitality at your hotel is truly outstanding, and I would highly recommend staying at your hotel to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to visiting your hotel again in the future. Place was clean. The cleaning staff were lovely. The reservation staff and pool staff were also both great, especially Niki and Mojdeh. Outdoor pool was a great addition and had a good view. Close to a modern Mall. Room service food was good and enjoyable.

We had a problem with one of the staff not being happy delivering us water bottles. Maybe we drank too much xD Either way, it was fine; the reservation sorted out this problem soon enough. The place is also far from any place worth visiting. The only place you can reach on foot is probably the Mall close to the hotel, which does have good shops and food options. I also expected more of the Grill restaurant. The food was quite normal. Nothing special. Be aware of the sound of cars on the highway. Especially Ambulances.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and my experience keeps getting better. The view is absolutely beautiful, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. I also noticed that they are upgrading the hotel by replacing the carpets with brand-new ones, which shows their commitment to maintaining high standards. The WiFi is free, which is a plus, but it was just okay—not the best. There’s some room for improvement. However, overall, everything was great, and this will definitely be my go-to choice for future business trips in the Asian part of Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Wifi was not as expected

I would like to clarify some matters that may have contributed to this miscommunication. Firstly, I want to emphasize that the service I received from your staff was of the highest caliber. They treated me with utmost professionalism and kindness, providing me with everything I needed during my stay. However, it seems that there was a misunderstanding at times, which caused me some inconvenience and disturbance. I acknowledge that I played a role in this misunderstanding, . I was not clear in describing the requirements I wanted, which led to some confusion and lack of understanding. I fully understand that this misunderstanding is not reflective of the way your esteemed hotel deals with its guests. Therefore, I would like to express my deep gratitude and special thanks to you as the management for your generosity and great understanding in handling this misunderstanding. You have truly demonstrated a spirit of care for guests and a dedication to providing an exceptional stay experience. We have stayed at Elite World Grand Istanbul Küçükyalı several times already, and keep coming back! Up until now we only had time to stay for one night each time, however looking forward having an extended upcoming stay there soon. The hotel is located within short walking distance to Hilltown mall (lots of stores and restaurants), so no need to drive a car in between. Staff are all friendly, cleanliness is great and overall service also good. Breakfast room is very large so it never felt crowded, and there are plenty of food choices. We never had time to try any of the facilities (gym, pool, spa etc.) but hopefully next time! Can genuinely recommend staying here, especially if you need/like to be close to the Sabiha Gökçen airport.

So far we have not experienced anything negative. The only thing might be the quality/taste of coffee at breakfast….However I believe they might have changed the brand last time we were there if I remember correctly 😉

They had coffee and tea in the room along with bottled water. The Turkish Bath Spa was nice. I did not get any services there I just used the amenities. I lost $100 Euro as it fell out my pocket. This was in the room with the breakfast buffet. When I asked if it had been turned in the food and beverage manager had it in an envelope.

It was close to a great mall and you could walk to a ferry dock but it was a long way from all of the touristy things. I put a deposit on the room for insidensels but did not use it as when we ordered room service they would not let me charge it to the room the made me pay for it with a credit card. So do not leave a deposit just pay with your card if you need anything extra.

We were welcomed by the manager Mr. Koray Bicer. He provided us a very nice room on the highest floor, which was much appreciated. He really took a good care of us during our stay and assisted very professionally with our requirements. Lobby was marvelous. Hotel interiors had a sense of luxury. Huge infinity pool with view of Adalar islands. Room was well maintained, clean and spacious with a very large bed and a great view. Cleaning staff team did excellent job everyday in our room. Good breakfast buffet although hot station should be extended. Beautiful outdoor seating near the pool. Walking distance to Hilltown mall. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely we ‘ll come again.

Pool cleanliness requires more attention.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view. The layout of the room was excellent. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. Food in hotel restaurants was delitious. Staff was wonderfull.

The room's furnishings and equipment were worn out (but perfectly functional). Sometimes you had to ask for water and coffee to be refilled in the room (which should have been automatic). The outdoor pool closes at 7pm.

Our room was upgraded to a corner suite with a huge bed. The hotel and the room were very clean and nice. Personnel at the reception was so helpful and kind. We had to leave so early and couldn't have breakfast, so they packed breakfast packages to take with us. The hotel is near a shopping mall and it's a short drive to the old airport. Overall, it was a great stay, and I can highly recommend it!

The hotel has lights outside and you can't close the curtains tight enough so the room would be dark in the evening.
