My partner and I really like this hotel. This was our second stay there. It is definetely high value for money. Great staff, very clean and modern rooms, great breakfast with a lot of fresh options. People working in the restaurant and kitchen are great, too. Always attentive and ready to smile. The buffet has a great variety of options from traditional Turkish breakfast options to continental options. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is also good on Agean side of Istanbul. Close to the main road where you can take a bus to central places. A short walking distance to the metro station. And reservation through Booking.com is very smooth and cheaper than the hotel's own website.

I had a great stay at Park Dedeman Bostancı. The hotel is modern, clean, and ideally located for both business and leisure. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is calm and professional. One highlight of my stay was the restaurant—both the food and service were excellent. A special mention goes to Mr. Aşkın, whose warm hospitality and attentive service truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

Staff were awesome and I was offered an upgrade by Meltem which was nice They have a sauna and gym and a pool which is handy They have a barber in the basement! But I never used it. Good sunset view from the rooftop Overall nice staff is what I liked 👍

Location is not too bad but not great, nothing worthy within walking distance less than 10 mins The aircon was too warm for me

Comfortable bad, good linen, good sound isolation. Helpful personnel at the reception. Not so far from Bostanchi Metro Station.

Breakfast is poor. Juice machine all the time not working. Limited variety of food. Some dishes not really tasty. Room cleaning not always tidy. Area around full of dirty car services. Nowhere to walk.

We needed a reasonably priced, clean and comfortable hotel in a good location on the Asian side of Istanbul and the Park Dedeman ticked all our boxes. We stayed 3 nights and we requested a quiet, non-smoking room with extra bed and we got exactly what we had requested despite the busy holiday time. The receptionist Ufuk was very welcoming, professional and helpful. The room was a good size, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We were especially happy with the bed which guaranteed a great sleep, just like at home! The receptionist helping out with the check-out was Efe and he was also helpful and caring. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, we recommend it and we will definitely be back on our next trip to the Asian side of Istanbul.

The view from the room overlooking the car shops and industrial park wasn't great but it was peaceful, so we didn't really mind.

Location, room service they clean room everyday. Staff. Very co operative.

There is nothing specific which i did not liked but if they could improve their breakfast menu will be good.

The room was very hot in the night and although we asked for air conditioning to be turned on a few times, it finally was the last two days we were there which made it much more comfy. The breakfast was very good and they would make you fresh omelets if you wanted. Very clean and nice comfy large bed. Had a mini frig and fresh water each day as well as tea and coffee in the room.

Had dinner there our last night - it was OK but not quite what we had ordered.

Everything was good and staff were extremely helpful. Hotel was clean and good smelling. Pinar from reception was true professional and helpful. She gave us good insights about Asian side of Istanbul.

The staff were outstanding very helpful working aircon a little kiosk by reception and the beds were comfortable .

always a pleasure to see Dogukan at the reception! he’s so gentle and represents the hotel fantastic. The hotel is very comfortable with it’s big and cozy rooms. There are rain showers in the bathrooms which is also nice. we enjoyed the breakfast.

it was not possible to use the air conditioner. The room was too warm for me. we opened the window but it was still was hot in there. I know that you can use the air conditioner in summer.
