The place is beautiful, you feel relaxed just being there. Breakfast is AMAZING. We looked forward to it every night before we slept. You feel pampered. The ingredients for food seemed locally sourced which is great. The pool is lovely. Florence is a lovely host and made us feel at home. Her dog is the cutest thing ever (doesn’t come near you so no worries if you’re afraid of dogs). Walking out of your room onto the pool area is gorgeous and having breakfast outside of your room felt like we were being spoilt.

The rule about not bringing in your own meals for dinner is a bit of a bummer, but we opted to eat in a restaurant in Valensole town on one evening, and had one of the in house meals for dinner on the other, which was fantastic. The inability to purchase drinks whilst the owner was away from the property for a couple of hours was a bit inconvenient but I could have planned better from my end on that front.

Really nice pool and great view of the area. Good breakfast- I stayed 3 nights and each day was slightly different. A close drive to lavender fields and not far from all the major attractions.

It was a little difficult to find - make sure to use the address in google maps; otherwise there are several other houses with very close names/addresses.

The location was in Valensole with lavender fields just a short drive away in every direction. Our hostess showed us on a map additional areas with more lavender & other natural beauty. Every morning we were served breakfast right outside our room overlooking the pool & garden.

We were happy with everything as it was.

My husband and I recently spent 2 nights in Les Costebelles - Florence was a wonderful hostess who made us feel so welcome in her home. Our stay was during the heatwave and we really loved having use of her swimming pool and beautiful garden. Florence served us breakfast on both mornings on the terrace beside the pool which was a lovely start to each day. Les Costebelles is ideally situated if you wish to explore the beautiful area of the Valensole Plateau.

Very nice hotel! We had a great stay. Breakfast on the terrace, a nice swimming pool and garden and the view into the town on the opposite hill. Breakfast had all important things, orange juice, coffee, nice Croissant, fresh yoghurt, fresh baguette, jam, boiled egg and cheese. Only something like ham, salami etc. you might miss. We would come back anytime. Really great BnB and a very nice host.

It would be great to get the coffee or tea in a closed can, so it stays better warm, in case you don't make it punctual for the breakfast served at either 8.00 or 8.30.

Amazing! Beautiful place. Near to the lakes and the lavender field. Florence is a great host. On two evenings she made a homemade dinner for us , which was wonderful.

The host was absolutely lovely and helpful. The breakfast served individually each morning is made with lots of love and tastes great.

The rooms were a little to sparely furnished for our tastes, the bathroom however was nice.

Florence is absolutely wonderful and so welcoming! I don’t want to share with you all how perfect this little place is or how perfect it’s location is or it will always be booked when I want to go back!

Florence, the host, is super kind. The place is amazing, calm and cozy and the breakfast is the best!. The hotel is only 10 minutes walking distance from the town and has private parking. We absolutely loved this place, the host, and her dog Ness.

The rooms and the surrounding was exceptional, breakfast was PERFECT and Florence's advices were accurate and extremely helpful. Certainly a place to come back.
