Almost everything! The desk clerk Tangie was WONDERFUL! She was very helpful and she was genuinely concerned about the quality of my stay. She also provided perfect recommendations and instructions to a steakhouse nearby..she is jewel!

Not enough fruit and healthy options on the breakfast bar but what I had will suffice..also my air conditioner was kinda loud.When shifting operations it sounded like a jet plane and woke me a few times..

Welcoming staff (reception and cafe), clean interior hallways, clean exterior. Due to the Covid aftermath room service isn’t on an automatic basis instead per request which can be something to consider. Breakfast was included with the stay; coffee/tea conveniently located in the lobby and cafe area. Refrigerator and microwave located in the room also. My overall stay minus a few cleaning concerns/requests everything was pleasant. Thanks for everything! 🙂

Lack of trash pickup upon request. For future reference, due to the covid aftermath, it will be proactive to leave additional trash bags in the room to eliminate a trash mess, especially with limited housekeeping provided. Thanks in advance!

Would like more selection like old breakfast from days gone bye.

Friends had to wait pass check in time to get room.lots confusion during other unhappy as we were waiting.unable check out system down.not able have $40.00 returned .could not request my reward points for 2 rooms staff was awesome all shifts.will stay at location if in area again.

My stay was excellent. I stay here at least once a month in the last few months. The rooms were very clean. The lobby, going up the elevator etc. needs updating. Marcus at the front desk, was absolutely awesome. He helped me get my information straighten out as an Honors member.

The hotel was very clean. The premise was well lit, and the grounds felt safe. The staff was very friendly.

For breakfast, please provide packets of grits in addition to oatmeal.

It was nice poor weather so can’t use everything but it all was fine

The view is just an old buildings roof but it is private and not worry about ppl looking in the windows

Clean and comfortable

I felt the breakfast was good. I felt the staff was friendly. I felt housekeeping was good.

I didn't like that my reservation was cancelled, because I didn't respond to a call that was sent to me the day of my arrival in a timely manner. However, I was able to be rebooked for the days I requested. Even though I had to pay a different price then I initially was given.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a good size. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was close to the Museum of the Mississippi Delta.

The breakfast was just okay, not too many choices.
