Stayce at the front desk!! She was so great!! She was kind, helpful!! And took great care of us. We stayed at the Winona hotel on our way yo FL and on our way back!! And we will stay there again!!!

Hallway noise. There was a man who was throwing up on my floor in the hallway a few doors down which woke me up. And just the finishing of the carpets, and rest of reno finishing touches. We loved the beds and linen. I didn't eat breakfast but saw that you've done a great job there too. I likened the individual packaging for muffins, bread etc for freshness. Thank you for improving your hotel!!!

Checking in at the front desk was easy and quick. The room was nicely cleaned and had Dove brand trial-sized products for us to use. That was a pleasant surprise to see! I'm used to seeing odd brands in hotel bathrooms. The buffet style breakfast was really good! There was something for everyone. The coffee was delicious as well. The hotel kitchen staff kept the food replenished and the dining area clean. The checkout time was a lenient 12 noon. That was a simple process too. Overall, great place to stay.

The late night noise on the weekend was bothersome while on the first floor. The shower head leaked a little by the connection to the outlet pipe. The hand faucet leaked slowly from the handle.

Breakfast was awesome, as was Mary, the lady taking care of the kitchen that day. It was located just at the end of our hall, so very convenient.

We weren't there long enough to experience anything bad. All good. I thought my bed was a little hard, but I'd rather have a firm bed than a too soft one.

I like that these folks still serve a proper breakfast. So many hotels/motels used COVID to permanently excuse themselves from providing this amenity. For reasons I won't go into here, I could not partake. My BF, however, is one of those who can't function without coffee and breakfast. 🙄

The coffeemaker in the room didn't work, and the bathroom could use a better cleaning.

Stacye checked us into all 3 rooms very smoothly. She made sure we had everything we needed. The room was nice, clean and odorless. Made our stay very comfortable.

The toilet in the bathrooms are all very low to the ground which makes it difficult to use without assistance if you have any kind of hip,knee, or leg injury. Consider replacing with chair height.

This Hotel was excellent and the staff was great!!

There was very little entertainment near the location and the authorities would mess a good business up like that one

Good breakfast, plenty to choose from. Location was perfect for a stop along the way to our ultimate destination. Friendly staff.

Brown water in the bathtub and torn shower curtain needs replacing.

I like the staff members because they were so supportive, nice and very friendly.

The water. Because the water was rusty looking and it stained the tub. It’s wasn’t very appealing.

It was clean and staff was friendly. Lobby was clean and there was always someone cleaning or wiping the area.

I didn’t have not one single issue. It was all good.
