The layout of the hotel gives a cabin-like vibe that is different but also very beautiful and cozy. The staircase to the second floor instead of an elevator is also very appealing. I loved the location of my room and the ability to go in and out through the lobby or the back entrance of the room to the parking lot. I would love to stay here for an extended period of time in the near future.

It would have been really nice to have had a microwave in the room rather than at the end of the hall in which the entire floor of residents has access.

Clean, quiet hotel, pleasant, helpful staff. Decent offerings for breakfast. If the pool area had been up and running it would have made this stay perfect.

e were in town to visit some of the museums in town and when we looked for a room that offered a pool the nearest location was SureStay in Greenwood. When we got there we found the pool to be closed and would remain so for the duration of our stay. There was no indication of this on the Booking.com site/app. Had we known we would have stayed closer to our destination site which was in another town 30 min away.

The location was great. The room was very clean and had a spacious bathroom. We loved the swimming pool. Nicely maintained and had a relaxing seating area outside. The staff was fantastic, very helpful and super friendly. They were able to provide things we had forgotten at home. It was very nice that we were able to check in earlier than the check in time. We appreciated that. The breakfast buffet was abundant. Tasted great and was thoughtfully maintained by a staff member. Loved the aspect of having fresh fruit.

Breakfast was good and room comfortable! There is a nice in and outdoor pool and it is a quiet location even though it is so close to the interchange.

On arrival staff at reception was very unfriendly and couldn't be bothered to speak a little clearer and understandable even though it was officious that we were not American and possibly not familiar with the procedure. As first impressions usually count this messed things up quite a bit for us! We think it is a shame because it was all down to the lack of basic friendliness!

The staff was very respectful. The breakfast was great! The lobby was well kept! I have really nothing bad to say about our stay! We enjoyed ourselves! It was our first time in Mississippi and we were shown so much respect! We will be back!

The only thing I didn't like was the pool being closed for the season.

I liked plenty. I liked breakfast, the big comfy King bed, the bathroom, and the fact that there were two doors, two ways to leave the room. And it wasn't hard to find vending and ice machines.

I didn't like that there was no microwave in the hotel room. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. A microwave was located in the hallway outside the hotel room.

A step up from the standard motels with a pool, gym and nice lounge area. Our room was large and well equipped. Good breakfast in a nice dining room

The only walkable restaurant was a Japanese Steak House which didn’t fit our needs on the night we stayed but there are good restaurants in town only a 5 minute drive away

The staff was accommodating and friendly. Hotel was clean and I love the indoor/outdoor pool set up. I didn’t catch breakfast but my family enjoyed

Need more light in the room and better quality towels and toiletries.

I’m old enough to remember when this (old Best Western) was one of the nicer hotels in town, back when I was a kid, that gradually diminished and became run down over the years. When I had to attend a funeral back home this weekend and did a search for a hotel, seeing how highly it was rated, I thought something must’ve been wrong. Nevertheless the price seemed to match the ratings, so I decided to give it a try. I was thrilled to learn the hotel has been completely renovated. The lobby was extra nice, the rooms were updated with modern decor, but most importantly, everything smelled completely new and clean! I love what they’ve done with the place! Not exactly the greatest location but definitely a super comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again!

The location isn’t the greatest. I wish there were more restaurants in the area.
