If you want a more peaceful place to stay in La Union, then look no further than Location One Eighty. The place is only a few minutes from Urbiztondo Beach and is located along the highway- if you don't have a car, you can hop off directly from the Partas bus. They have ample sockets in the rooms, a good WiFi connection, and enough space to fit more guests. They also have a small kitchen space outside for cooking and ample tables for dining al fresco.

Parking could be an issue if the place is packed so make sure you contact them beforehand.

i love the most: - the family owner, they are very warm, welcoming and very approachable - the location is accessible to the beach & restaurants - the room is clean, AC is cold with fan, and the garden view is also very relaxing - the place is not crowded & peaceful as well as pet friendly. we brought our furbaby coco with us and met their adorable dogs luna, scarlet & butter

there's not much not to like actually. i would rather suggest or prefer a cotton type of towel, but all in all the experience is great & would definitely be back again and recommend to others as well.

The owners and staff were very kind, polite and hospitable. They also were accommodating and friendly. The free and accessible drinking water was a thoughtful gesture. We also appreciate that the staff will serve your free breakfast at your room if you request it.

All the basic facilities were present, though the shower head in our unit needs repair if not replacement.

Would prefer regular bed, but not a huge deal. No tv or hot shower, ok for me but maybe an improvement going forward.

It • Ambiance is easygoing & spacious - there’s a quaint garden to walk around on and a little patio area to sit around and take a break • Rooms are in tiptop shape, clean, and beach goer friendly with all the appropriate furniture for groups, small room for baggage, floating shelves & racks for storage, black out curtains for privacy, mesh to let air in and keep insects out, AC & Electric fan. Everything in the room feels intentional and purposeful. No space wasted. • Sleep & rest are cozy & comfortable. Beds are in the right firmness, pillows incredibly soft, and nostalgic floral printed blankets are a nice touch • Tita Malou & her dogs Luna, Starley & a third dog are delightful & accommodating. We felt safe, acknowledged, and well taken care of. • Extremely convenient for commuters. We rode the Maria De Leon bus & it’s only 600 meters from the property. Luxury of time to wait for our ride in the hotel comfortably instead of in the station is great.

I think we underestimated how far the property is from the beach proper (about 3 kilometers). This is more on first-time tourists and not knowing how LU is quite car-centric and public transpo, esp trikes can charge exorbitant prices if not settled prior. We figured out the jeep routes & stops though so Location 180 is till very much within proximity.

The place is family-owned and maintained, and they are very hands-on with the guests. It really feels like you’re staying with an Ilocana tita (if you have one of those, you’ll know what I mean). You’ll also see three lovely and sweet dogs in the property so that was a major plus! Will definitely stay here again ✨

Very nice owner, good position, close to the beach. We had a very good new year eve here, everyone go to the street, watch fireworks, say happy new year to each other, the owner even shared food with us. Very good new year experience.

Perfect overnight accommodation at a great price - brand new rooms added to the rear of a family house. Room interior was fairly sparse, but spotless, new and clean, good sized private bathroom, aircon works well. There's a walkway/balcony and outside small table/chairs. They have fair amount of parking on street or on property. There is a small garden area outside with larger table. The family own and run it, and are very friendly and helpful. It is located on the main street in Bancusay, just after the Carlatan bridge, but the rooms are at the rear and we didn't hear any noise (even without aircon running). A pizza and other restos walk or short drive away, incl fast food. Location is 5 minutes drive from the surfing beaches at San Juan. We parked at the large pay parking field just after the first strip of shops etc, safe and 150php all day to 1am There is also a path from the rear of the property to the local beach - it is on the river estuary, but it's tidal - it's clean and swimmable if you want flat water, no waves for small kids, etc. There is a small bar/resto there, they serve beers and simple food. Great sunsets from can be viewed from there at around 5:30.

Friendly staffs and dogs,the location is close Partas bus terminal station, traffic is convenient to downtown or San Juan,breakfast for everyday is OK.

When we first arrived it seemed like it was someone's private house and felt not sure.......we checked in and stayed for 4 days.....we where made to feel very welcome and comfortable by the owners....I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.....
