Great breakfast, very kind staff, great panoramic room with views on moutain!

Breakfast closed around 30mns too early for us :) but this is veey minor and subjective!

great breakfast, very nice, clean room

althought not stated there is very frequent crossroad next to the hotel, very noisy day and night and as there is no air condition, you cannot close the window so it is almost unpossible to sleep, we had two rooms, both facing this bussy street, both very noisy

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a mix up with the room we booked so they gave us two separate rooms.

The smoking area was right at the front door. You had to walk through the smoke to get in.

The breakfast was impressive. The facility was very nice. Parking was great.

The elevators had a bit of a smell. The bed for the third person was a fold-out couch and was not particularly comfortable.

Clean room and good breakfast

We ordered one family room but the reserved room was only for two people. Fortunately, the front desk offered two rooms as an alternative solution. The noise level in the room is pretty high for the rooms near the main road.

Very nice and friendly employees, great breakfasts. Nice view on mountains from balcony. Very convenient bathroom, which such attentions to details, which I have never seen before.

Very welcoming and clean place. The room was very spacious. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very tasty and great service!

We only stayed for 1 night but it was perfect. From the stuff, the room, the cleaning, the restaurant and bar, the parking place. Really recommend this hotel!

The rooms were very nice, simple, clean, warm - Breakfast was also very pleasant, quite a broad selection of items to eat. We had dinner (took the half board upgrade) and it was a good 4 course meal. One of the kids did not like the main course on the half board and the staff immediately let him switch to the a la carte menu and he was very happy with that. The beer was great (seems to be a specialty) and so was the wine. Easy to find, plenty parking - all good - and nice staff.

I felt the pillows in my room were strange sizes. One was too big so used the smaller one but there was not really enough support so had a bit of a stiff neck. Did not complain about it, I am sure they would have had a solution.

nice hotel with private parking. good breakfast. there is a free sauna zone.

the bar I can’t recommend. the food was not good. I don’t know how it is possible to cook such a dry schnitzel in Austria. the beer was good.
