staff was amazing! very attentive, available, helpful. the woman of cleaning services was like mom ♥ the breakfast was sweet as it fits to Italy and unlimited. coffee machine at room and water boiler for tea in the corridor. croissants, cookies, coffee, tea, etc was in room also and if you needed more, you could get from corridor. the hotel does not have the reception on place. usually this kind of hotels do not offer lagguage deposit but the owner allowed us to keep them at room, then came to open us the door and take bags. checkout time was not strict as well. we were already prepared to check out and did not use this favor but it is very appriciable that there was an opportunity to stay some more time before the cleaning of other rooms would be finished.

Great location. It was very clean as well. They have very generous food as well. Facilities were great. I enjoyed my stay.

Room 1 has a toilet problem. they need to fix shower cabin, renew it. Water place was open and they need to close it better. I didn't enjoy this part. Also, I didn't stay in the room with balcony. My room was different than in the picture.

Very friendly staff, clean & spacious room, quiet location, big and clean bathroom. Nicely decorated corridor. They had a communal microwave in the corridor, where you can make tea/coffee and have a biscuit/croissant. Lovely experience overall, I recommend!

Breakfast was only pre-packaged croissant, tea/coffee, marmalades and biscuits. From the description "breakfast included", I was expecting warm items, fresh fruit/yoghurt etc and a sit-down area, but there is a cafe near by where you can get breakfast, so no problem.

Coffee machine in the room and free access to coffee pads. The room was clean and well prepared.

Pillows. To soft. I had to use both of them. Typical S Italy breakfast. Only sweet things ...

The apartment is located near the center, the train station is just a few minutes walk..Our room was clean, beds are comfortable and we love the foods, there’s a coffee machine in the room so whenever you want to drink coffee you can have it anytime and my son love the biscuits…Matteo was very accomodating and nice…

The owner, Matteo was vere friendly and helpful. There was a coffee machine in the room and plenty of coffee in the room and in the common area. The same is also true for breakfast materials.

The elevator had doors inside which had to be manually opened and closed…

very cozy apartment in the charming little town of Foggia. Everything was great, Matteo is super kind, he gave us recommendations for the restaurant as well. Lots of various cookies for breakfast and the possibility to prepare coffee for yourself whenever you want.

there’s nothing we didn’t like

Everything was perfect, from the room to the cleanliness and the kindness of the people. I loved every second :) they even deserved a little letter from me (which i usually don't write to anyone haha) Definitely recommended :)

Location is perfect, matteo was so helpfull, do not hesitate and stay here...

Room was a little bit cold sometimes but air condition helps too.

The staff is very hospitable. The room is well_furnished and very clean. We left the bags the next day securely.

Breakfast could be better.
