Everything. Location - more central than this not possible. Just few min by foot from the castle, less than a minute from restaurants. Room very lovely. I had a view of the castle through my window :) Staff - very pleasant, and I should have started from that. Breakfast- very good, tasty, I enjoyed. Cappuccino perfectly done too :) Very cute room for potential wine tasting, upon reservation for bigger rooms. I couldn’t taste, but I bought some of the local wines that I’ll taste at home. It seems there is also a wellness centre. Being on short time stay, I didn’t try it, but maybe for next time.

We spent one night in the hotel, but we were satisfied with everything. The room was clean, the decor was authentic (we especially liked it), everything worked (TV, fridge, hairdryer, telephone, power sockets), we had a wonderful view of the castle, the room was quiet. The whole hotel is family friendly and the owners are kind and attentive. Breakfast is also available on request (we did not) and can be enjoyed in a beautiful room in the style of the hotel. There is also a beautiful lobby/library room where you can enjoy a nice chat or read to soft music. The hotel also has a wellness area and an internal car park. Thank you for the experience! We heartily recommend this accommodation!

Excellent location and beautiful property with amazing staff! We felt truly welcome — nothing was too much trouble. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location is perfect: right on the main street, just a 5-minute walk from the castle, yet incredibly quiet. We would definitely return!

Everything was perfect

Literally a “breathtaking place”! ( check the wall at the entrance) Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Bed was absolutely comfortable and the view of course was kind unique from the window. You can park inside at the court for a fee, but do not forget, it is quite impossible to park in the centre on the streets. Breakfast is various, you can also ask for the tipical hot dishes to be served. Great cost-value ratio.

Nice, warm, comfortable old style hotel and rooms with beautiful view on the castle. Parking available and hotel well located near the centre with restaurants nearby. Good breakfast served in the lovely restaurant room.

Rooms are not soundproof, so it is possible to hear the neighbors (a family with children), but acceptable.

The hotel decor, the paintings, decoration and artefacts are amazing. as soon as you enter the Coffee Lounge you just have to take photographs and the coffee and food is also brilliant, as are the staff. Room was also really comfortable with lovely photos and features.

The car park is a long way from the hotel and once parked is a long steep walk back. On the second day we found a car park a short walk from the hotel and it was worth paying the few extra Euro's.

The owners were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. One of the most surprising things were breakfast, which were delicious and cooks at the hotel were making them from the scratch.

It is a very minor thing, but our double bed was connected from two single ones, so they had a small gap in the middle.

Great location, a few minutes walk to the castle. We chose the room with a castle view and it’s wonderful. Spacious room, comfortable beds. Secured on site parking. Breakfast is simple but delicious. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful.

A desk in the room would be nice.

Paying extra to park my car at the hotel

The location is great-very close to the castle, the hotel is spacious and beautiful, rooms are clean, staff is welcoming and pleasant, breakfast is simple but sufficient, parking available but not included in room price. I enjoyed the wine tasting-excellent idea. It made the stay more special.

Wellness facilities had to be booked ahead which we weren't aware of so we weren't able to use them.
